I realized we went on Valentine's Day however they brought us our soup and we barely had a chance to eat our soup before they were bringing the dinner. The white meat was really overcooked and dry. The dark meat was very good. Our server was outstanding. She has worked there for many many years, but she made the experience very pleasant.

Sadly our dinner was not good. The chicken was old and dry. Potatoes and gravy cold. I had fond memories of chicken dinner from when I was a kid. So I was quite excited to dine here again. I doubt I will be back. However - The soup was delicious and the salad and biscuits were good.

Biscuits, Chicken Soup, Chicken and Waffles, Boysenberry Pie and Ice Cream were great, Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, not so much.

Our server was great and one of the Meals was really good but mine, the chicken pot pie was a big disappointment. There was almost nothing inside the crust, other than maybe a few bites of chicken and maybe some vegetable not what I expected.

We had a wonderful time at Knott's Berry Farm chicken dinner at lunchtime. Chicken was nice and tender, potatoes and gravy delicious, rhubarb just as I remember it sweet and tangy, and the pie...yum!

The chicken was not as good as I was expecting, it did not have a lot of flavor. It was not as hot as I was hoping either. The biscuits were undercooked as well. Also, we were not told that we could valet stamp our ticket so we almost had to pay for parking.

We love Knott's buffets - we just wish they were easier to track! They don't advertise or make it easy to find. Food is good but could be warmer, service has always been friendly and it's a fun, special occasion meal. Dawn at the front desk was fantastic!
Was looking forward to a great meal but instead was disappointed. Food was cold, chicken was dry, waitress kept forgetting our order a few times. Room we were in was cold and noisy, bus boy kept scraping the chairs across the floor. I would not recommend this to anyone. For the price it was bad.

We were a party of 8 (seniors) at noon for lunch on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated at uneven sized tables. The room was literally freezing!!! We requested the air conditioning be adjusted as it was very cool outside as well and all the servers were wearing sweaters as well. The servers stated they were unable to accommodate our request. We all ate with our jackets & scarves on! That was only the beginning! While the chicken on the original chicken dinner was very good, the chicken noodle soup was atrocious! It was a thick congealed mess that wd did not eat. The cabbage had little to no seasoning. The rhubarb was delicious as were the biscuits. However, the boysenberry “jam/spread” was terrible. Not at all what it used to be. The final disappointment was the boysenberry pie. It was 7/8 thick crust and 1/8 some sort of boysenberry glob. We all intended on buying full pies to take home, but after tasting our slice of pie for dessert, we quickly changed our mind. Very disappointed to say the least. Maybe find some of the original recipes and go back to that! We certainly won't be returning! Not to mention $35 for parking! And poor Virginia's gift shop is nothing more than an overpriced souvenir shop. No quality merchandise. Se la vie!

We were disappointed in the service. We did have a large group of 13 but our server was not willing to do tickets for the individual families. The chicken was flavorless and the biscuits were tiny. The cabbage was cold. Overall it was a disappointing experience and we don't intend to come back.

We had such an amazing time the staff members at Knotts Berry Farm chicken dinner restaurant were exceptional. Everybody there was smiling having a good time talking to all of us helping each other out. I saw lots of teamwork. The restaurant was immaculate. The people that checked us in were very nice. I talked to the manager. She was very sweet and kind. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
