Genuinely terrible place to eat at, they managed to make my sandwiches wrong twice and blamed me as if it isn’t a mobile order. The employees Janet and Elena are so rude, go to any other subway. 0/10

This Subway sucks, I've had few a really bad experiences here. The staff was very rude to me and tried to charge me over $15 for a foot long sandwich. I say over $15 dollars because the base charge was $15 before taxes. I ordered a foot long with just ham and bacon, no cheese and like two veggies. The thing that pisses me off about this is place though is the staff. I asked the staff about pricing beforehand since I knew the bacon would be extra. But She refused to explain to me the charge and just went on making the sandwich instead. Then She got mad at me for refusing to pay $1 per strip of bacon. I was going to be charged $4 extra for bacon alone. So I refused to purchase the sandwich and just left. For about $5 dollars I could just buy a pound of bacon at the store. The prices are way too high for the poor quality food they give you. Plus all of the staff that work here have the worst attitudes. I remember this other time I was asking my sister whether or not to put mustard on one of the sandwiches we were getting and the staff just put mustard on it without asking us. I wasn't even talking to Him and He did that. I then asked Him if He could remake the sandwich. He refused and kept saying that they didn't do that there. But the His Manger came out of the back and told Him to do it. I recommend you Avoid This Specific Subway at all costs.

This place severely lacks customer service. Stopped by to get a breakfast sandwich before work. The woman was busy with a customer so I waited patiently. Afterwards, another customer walks in for a pickup and the woman works on his order. Not once has she acknowledge me. No, “I’ll be with you shortly.” or “I’ll get to you after I finish with this customer.” I left feeling very disappointed

One could see through the glass case the choice of meat for the sandwich. But now it is completely invisible due to the steel cover. Don't know the state of meat or tuna or how long it is sitting.

The first thing I asked was you have the 699 meal deal she said yes .. then she makes the sandwich and at the register then proceeds to tell me they don't participate in that deal ... Well you just wasted product because you don't understand English

For me, our ally of the LGBT community only has 5 stars, excellent attitude and service, the manager with colored eyes was super rude and unprofessional, it was filling up with people and there was only the person who served us in front and after 5 minutes they were to help you. We had a problem with our card and he was so kind and patient. Thank you very much for your great service, the other girls needless to say

Ordered through the app, didn’t see the toasted option, so put in notes “cut in half, toasted please”. But seriously lacking in service :(
manager lady didn’t want to toast the sandwich because I didn’t “do it through the system and said I need to pay the difference. I asked her if she could do it and I’d pay the difference. She says she can’t do that in store…Seriously? Found the toasted option in-app, it’s no extra charge. Lady was just lazy to reopen the order she packed wrong, didn’t even read the notes.

I was initially skeptical, but I’m pleased to report that the sandwich exceeded my expectations. The peaceful environment allowed me to savor my meal without the usual hustle and bustle.I highly recommend this Subway location for anyone looking for quality food served with a smile. I’m confident that I’ll return if I find myself in the area again.However, it’s worth noting that the surrounding area does have its rough edges. During my visit, a homeless individual entered the store, asked for a water cup, and after receiving it, sat outside the entrance. Unfortunately, this person engaged in drug use, which detracted from the restaurant’s overall appeal.Despite this incident, the quality of the food and service at Subway remains undiminished. The experience inside the store was excellent, and I hope that the external factors can be addressed to match the high standards set by the restaurant itself.
