I’m very disappointed they don’t allow customers in their restrooms!!! No bueno!!!!

If there was an option for giving out zero stars I’d gladly do that instead. I placed an online order at work so it’d give me more time to eat during lunch; I ordered through their app and wrote down how I wanted my sandwich made. I went to pick it up and none of the sauces I asked for and none of the veggies either just a pity pile of lettuce and onions. This wasn’t the first time I placed an online order either. I went back after work to tell the worker her name was Mara she made my sandwich incorrectly and she kept insisting saying she made it herself, and she knows when clearly it seems she can’t follow simple directions. I discarded the sandwich because that is NOT what I paid for and wanted to see if they could remake it, instead the employee argued with me over a damn footlong. So unprofessional and lying instead of admitting her mistakes. Won’t be returning back to this location if I were you avoid it as well and save yourself the hassle they will ruin your sandwich then lie to your face that they made it correctly. A joke.

I never really do a review on any restaurant , but I felt that I had to this time . I went in last night around 7:34 pm with my son and daughter . A young gentlemen working alone welcomed us in and he had a line of 5 people took everyone’s order with a great attitude , great energy . The place was really clean , restroom was clean even tho he was working alone . He did such an AMAZING job .

I will see tonight there was one lady I want to buy sandwich and I just asked please open the restroom and she doesn't open it. She told me because at nine and you can't use the service. I don't understand. Please clarify the situation thank you, Servis.

My recent visit to the Subway branch at Buena Park (La palma st), was disappointing. The covered meat counter made it impossible to see what I was getting, which is essential for transparency in food preparation. The absence of water cups was inconvenient, and being forced to pay for one seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the lack of plates for dining in was surprising and disappointing, and the absence of an apology only added to the frustration. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

I've been eating at Subway for a long time but then I started going to Jersey Mike's. Because they're plain and straight and have the meat in a cooler that they pull out and slice for you as you order stuff. I know Subway says they're doing that and they have the meat cutting machines in several of the stores out front shiny and clean. Looking like they've never been used. It's my opinion that they're still doing the meat the way they do and have the cutting machine out in the front to make it look like they're using that in the sandwiches I've recently ordered I have not seen any meat cut off that machine to date. I think if they wanted to be more legit looking they would have a cooler with the logs of meat and slice as order like Jersey Mike's. Unless there's something to hide of course. Again just my opinion. I have not seen one of those machines used to date

I had no choice but to eat here and decided to try two of the new subs on the menu. (I'm sorry but I hadn't eaten in this place for more than a year). I ordered the “The great garlic” and the “bella moza”. I must say that I liked them both a lot. Especially the "Bella Moza" I recommend it. I feel like it was about time Subway included new subs on their menu.

I went on my lunch to get some food for me and my bf and Sabrina only took care of him completely ignored the fact that I was there really rude didn’t even ask. If I wanted anything just went straight to the counter so I just walked out .

Closed early. Kid was rude when I walked in.. just said "were closed" in a low voice & stared at me with a blank face. Very unprofessional. Terrible first impression, I'm just heading over to the one on Orangethorpe nex time.
