I wish I could do -5 stars. I placed an online order and when I got back home I realized they didn't make it the way I ordered it. It didn't even have any tomatoes. There was no extra lettuce and a bunch of jalapeños when I asked for light. Sandwich doesn't even seem toasted. I called them and no apology. The person who answered sounded like he didn't even know what to say. Ruined my lunch.

The restaurant was clean and service was nice. Food quality, the meat and cheese in particular, has gone down some. Sandwiches taste so bland these days and it's not just this restaurant but others within the chain as well. The produce is fresh as well as the bread. I still like this place but it's definitely no longer my #1 go to for Sandwiches unless it's a meatball sandwich. Those are still very good.

This teenager was very helpless.wasnt aware of the menu items ,prices or anything. Throughout acted rude.sandwich came out all messy and my daughter didn't eat it so we threw it away.Spinach was also spoiled,ham had some weird metal odor to it.

So disappointed in my order in app experience. Ordered two sandwiches. One footlomg meatball, they didn't put all the ingredients that I asked for. The meatballs were cold to touch and so was the marinera sauce. Tried calling on the phone since I already headed out of the area and they had a recording saying they were too busy to answer.
