The restaurant was clean and service was nice. Food quality, the meat and cheese in particular, has gone down some. Sandwiches taste so bland these days and it's not just this restaurant but others within the chain as well. The produce is fresh as well as the bread. I still like this place but it's definitely no longer my #1 go to for Sandwiches unless it's a meatball sandwich. Those are still very good.

This teenager was very helpless.wasnt aware of the menu items ,prices or anything. Throughout acted rude.sandwich came out all messy and my daughter didn't eat it so we threw it away.Spinach was also spoiled,ham had some weird metal odor to it.

So disappointed in my order in app experience. Ordered two sandwiches. One footlomg meatball, they didn't put all the ingredients that I asked for. The meatballs were cold to touch and so was the marinera sauce. Tried calling on the phone since I already headed out of the area and they had a recording saying they were too busy to answer.
Dining room, and fountain drink areas. Just need a bit more tlc.

Some of the cheese options like Swiss is no more there. They introduce other cheese options but now you have to pay for it. Cilantro was one of my fav is no more there. Some times toasting options are not available.
