I had never been to this location, and will never be back. Amazed, as I waited in line, 2 obvious regulars walked right ahead of me, employee greeted them heartily, and proceeded to cast with them while taking their order, oblivious to the others who had been waiting. Hope owners can sustain business with this model.....I'm out!

The restaurant was clean and service was nice. Food quality, the meat and cheese in particular, has gone down some. Sandwiches taste so bland these days and it's not just this restaurant but others within the chain as well. The produce is fresh as well as the bread. I still like this place but it's definitely no longer my #1 go to for Sandwiches unless it's a meatball sandwich. Those are still very good.

Came to this subway one afternoon and couldn't but notice how and clean organized this subway really was and what made it even better is the customer service coming from one of the employees named Vincent , during the sandwich making he made me a splendid subway sandwich and not only did it look good but it tasted fantastic aswell! Great subway this place is a gem compared to many subways I have been to

Who would have thought that I would receive a quality sandwich that could have stood up to a sandwich from Jerseys Mike's. That's how decadent and delicious this hot, toasted, ooey and gooey faired.Located next to the nail salon I now frequent. The outside strip mall looks sketchy but I promise you. This subway and the nail salon next door are truly diamonds in the rough.I digress.Upon entering I was immediately greeted. Not only by the employee, however, by a very clean and upgraded dinning room. I opted for a foot long herb and cheese Italian BMT. I asked for fresh mozzarella and provolone. They toasted it twice. Now, here comes the masterpiece. Versus the spicy Genoa salami I opted for the spicy capicola. That made all the difference in the world. I asked for it to be toasted AGAIN. A third time. So far-- I'm loving the way it looks.We load it up with extra lettuce, salt/pepper, banana peppers, tomatoes, thin layer of onions (salt/pepper) requested a light douse of vinegar and oil. Ultimately finishing it off with fresh avocado. This sandwich is king now at Subway. Try it and let me know your thoughts.They also extend a military discount. Another win!

This teenager was very helpless.wasnt aware of the menu items ,prices or anything. Throughout acted rude.sandwich came out all messy and my daughter didn't eat it so we threw it away.Spinach was also spoiled,ham had some weird metal odor to it.

Really clean. They take their time with your sandwich. Customer service is really great especially the young lady with blonde hair. She's very hospitable. My family had a great experience here eating in today.
So disappointed in my order in app experience. Ordered two sandwiches. One footlomg meatball, they didn't put all the ingredients that I asked for. The meatballs were cold to touch and so was the marinera sauce. Tried calling on the phone since I already headed out of the area and they had a recording saying they were too busy to answer.

Bunch of new sandwich flavor. Don't know much about it as I can only try tuna and veggie options. Reason for 4 stars is because other options are limited. Some of the cheese options like Swiss is no more there. They introduce other cheese options but now you have to pay for it. Cilantro was one of my fav is no more there. Some times toasting options are not available.
