Solid bing soo, but terrible customer service. Asked questions to the female cashier about the chocolate bing soo and she replied with “idk” both times. If you don’t know, find someone who does, or quit your job. Will definitely not be returning, would recommend to dine in for best experience.

My friends and I visited the place thinking it was “Sulbing,” only to realize upon arrival that it was actually “Sulbin.” The menu and flavors were quite similar to those of Sulbing. One thing that stood out was a row of higher chairs specifically prepared for children, which was both thoughtful and practical.

This isn't shaved ice but powdered show. Texture is different, parents hated it but I thought it was decent. Watermelon was 👍 👌

The establishment offers an excellent environment for enjoying desserts, complemented by a menu featuring attractive pricing.

tried the new banana bingsoo, tasted really good! had the oreao bingsoo but it wasn’t that great at all. service is great. we ordered take out and came with ice pack in a cooler bag. atmosphere great with outside seating and spacious indoor seating. sadly one stall for toilet, long wait. parking can be an issue. some people leave their bowls and trays on the table not knowing supposed to bring to counter for courtesy

Every thing is perfect.

This place was great! We got the coffee and injeolmi binsoos and fish shaped bread with fillings. I liked the coffee bingsoo best but everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great and the workers were fast, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely go there again.

Ice isn’t fluffy , cheese tastes like the fridge, and they close inside 30 mins before closing. Don’t recommend this place.

Used to love this spot but as of late, theyve reduced their serving size significantly, id say at the minimum more than 1/3, making it completely ridiculous with their absurd pricing. It was only worth it before because they at least gave you a reasonable portion. I have stopped supporting this business completely. 16 on avg for some tiny bingsoo. No thx.

Stunning display and scrumptious mango bingsoo

Came in an hour before closing and was told we could only do a to-go order and had to pay an extra $1 for it. Ended up spending $16
for a green tea bingsoo that didn’t feel worth it. Portion was small, presentation was sloppy, and while the flavor was okay, it definitely didn’t match the price tag. Disappointing experience overall.

Definitely my go-to spot for dessert with family or my girlfriend. They have just the right portion—not too little, not too much. Perfect for two people. I’ve tried their Earl Grey, which was about 14 bucks. Definitely worth it. It was delicious! 😋
