I too would give 0 star if I could. Service was horrific-extremely slow and waitress..rude and unapologetic. Went here with another family. Kids(4) sat in a separate table next to us(4) for AYCE and we ordered from their regular menu (ig sashimi plate ($80) and jungoal-soup for 2($50) Waitress told us to move to a different table, approx. 30ft away, because they were worried that kids are going to share food with us. Are you serious? Lol I mean, It must have happened before for them to think that. But, for us to be treated like we're some kind of lowlife that would do this, and separating the party was ludicrous! Gratuity was also included (18or20%) so nothing you can do about poor service. Ha! Anyhow, shouldn't have to support restaurants like this. Plenty of other options in the area, skip and go elsewhere!

Terrible service. They will bring the food on your table and waiter / waitress are invisible. Also saw host talking over the phone while taking orders from a table. Mcdonalds have better service than this place. Go to Mcdonalds for higher quality of service and food. Don't waste time and money in this place!

Why even do an AYCE menu if your staff and kitchen can't handle it?? Wow .. I have never been to a restaurant with such terrible service, food, and wait time. This is considering the pandemic, being on vacation and being in a relatively relaxed mood, AND not being particularly hungry when we got there. But by the time we were actually eating everyone was starving and constantly waiting for food. We got to the restaurant at 6:15pm and left several hours later. Why? Because the food came out so slow and the service was absolutely horrendous. My whole family was either hungry and waiting for food to come out or grilling the one serving of meat that was supposed to feed 5 adults. Long story short I spent $200 here and left extremely disappointed. * Do not recommend.

Usually these places (unless it's a cheap AYCE korean bbq joint) will come by a few times to grill the meat and to check up on its customers but nothing like that all. Small portions as well.

Let me start off by saying if I could give 0 star, I would. This restaurant took my reservation for a private room for a family gathering earlier in the week. When we showed up today, they said that we called and cancelled. All the rooms were taken already and they couldn't sit us. Not only that, the hostess started raising her voice at us saying that this has nothing to do with them and that we should leave.To top it off, they tell us that they changed the restaurant to all you can eat style, eliminating their course menus (prolly cuz it was garbage), AND they changed their restaurant name to Tong Tong. I walk outside and I see this trashy paper sign covering the old lit up sign.The length they went to cancel our reservation was astronomical. Only if they had put the effort into serving us. Oh well, we left to eat at their recommended restaurant in the same plaza, Sapporo. And that was delicious at least.100% do not recommend this place or Tong Tong or whatever.

What happened at Surah??Cook changed?? All side dish kind got less and also every dish taste very salty. Meat quality got bad too much fatty. Marinate with too much soy on galbegim. Very very bad..inside restaurant looks not clean either. So disappointed. Not like surah before I used go. Sorry..no more..

Their cold noodle was terrible. I just tried to explain how bad it is but the server never apologized about their meal and said there was nothings wrong in the cold noodle and rejected to bring new one. This could be happened all the Korean restaurants. I was not expecting new cold noodle or refund as well. It was very disappointing attitude as a server. I won't go there anymore.

The waitresses are extremely rude, service is as bad as it can be. Other Korean BBQ or Sushi places that are a lot better than this place. There are any hardly to non side dishes. There are plenty of other korean restaurant. The room they have will charge you $50.00 or more and it's like walking into a dungeon. Avoid this restaurant like a plaque
