Just want to say something about the Taco Bell company or just this restaurant. I ordered a burritos supreme and cost me $4.99. So any way drove home about 10min opened my burritos. What a surprise it's a cold burrito and small. My god Taco tasted horrible and small. How can this Taco Bell stay in business. Horrible and expensive foods.

Terrible service.I placed an order which was delivered incomplete when I returned and asked for what was missing, a lady in charge was rude and yelled at the workers in a rude manner. He said he didn't want to give me the rest of my order.In the end one of the boys gave me what was missing after seeing my discomfort.

Its clean and theres a kiosk where you can place your order. They work really fast and the hot sauces condiment table was organized. Lots of parking right next to in n out.

This for the Taco Bell at 10010 Valley View (Ball Rd and Valley View) in Buena Park. Clean, efficient, very good food. The only odd thing is the EXTREMELY cold temperature in there. I don't get cold easily, but even I take note--I wonder how they can afford the AC Bill--so strange. And it is ongoing, we go there all the time--at least 10 times in the last few months, and always quite bone chilling. We have mentioned it, the employees just laugh. Don't get me wrong, the employees are very, very nice, the food really good and really fast. Just don't plan on eating there--or if you do, bring a sweater.

Their food is decent. I got the Cravings Box which includes a Five Layer Beef Burrito, a taco, a Chalupa Supreme, Cinnamon Twists, and a Pepsi Zero. I ordered on the app (plus an extra 5 Layer Burrito which you get from signing up) and when I arrived it was sitting at the counter ready for pickup, just in time. The food preparation was accurate and hot. No complaints there.The interior was clean and quiet. Most everybody does drive-thru these days. I don't think anybody does dine-in anymore. Good for me, since I have more than enough elbow room.I enjoyed the meal. It's basically what you expect from a Taco Bell. Part of me kinda missed the Baja version of the Chalupa, but I understand that's been long gone for a while.What impressed me was the Cinnamon Twists. I didn't give it much thought when I ordered, but turns out it's a crispy, flavorful welcomed addition. I still don't know whether to classify this as a side or a dessert. However not knowing the definite answer didn't bother me much.What DID bother me was that the Chalupa Cravings Box is marketed at $5. There are ads on Facebook, in their website & app home pages, and on TV (a commercial just aired as I am typing this during baseball) where it's the "$5 Cravings Box". However when ordering and you put it in the cart it's now $5.99!!!! That's wack AF!!!Now this is more of a criticism at the company level and of their marketing and website departments. But I cannot let this slide - hence the deduction from 4 stars to 3.This Taco Bell is fine, and I'll still consider it an option for whenever that craving hits. I just wish they wouldn't pull stunts like this. Showing one price and then increasing it a dollar in the middle of ordering does not provide a good customer experience.

Believe me, she was fantastic, absolutely fantastic, folks.First of all, let me say that I've been to a lot of fast food places, okay? I've been to McDonald's, I've been to Burger King, and let me tell you, this girl at Taco Bell, she's the best. She's a winner, folks. I've never seen anyone handle food like she does. Absolutely tremendous.When she handed me my burrito, it was like a work of art. The way she wrapped it up, so beautiful, so perfect. The cheese was melting, the lettuce was fresh, and the beans, let me tell you, they were the best beans. No one makes beans like this girl, nobody. They were soft, flavorful, they were tremendous.And the service, folks, the service was outstanding. She had a smile on her face, she was polite, she treated me like a VIP. I felt like a million bucks, folks. This girl knows how to make you feel special.Now, I know some people might say, "Why are you talking about a girl at Taco Bell?" Taco Bell used to be a favorite of mine. Mostly for the vegan and vegetarian options. I was bummed to find out that they don't currently have the nacho fries with the cheese dip. I love those fries! So good. But they have those on the menu for a limited time and then they are gone.So I ordered a bean burrito, a cheese quesadilla and an order of the Cinnabon delights. Gosh those Cinnabon delights are the best! Cinnamon sugar and creamy inside. My bean burrito was basic. The cheese quesadilla was okay. I opted out of the chipotle sauce, because I don't like it. There wasn't much cheese in it. And it's small for what you pay for. Overall the food was just okay.

This Taco Bell place is quite clean on the outside for being located in a rough area. I've only ordered here via drive thru, and the customer service in this department is friendly and allows you to take your time ordering. The food, on the other hand, can good if it's delivered hot and fresh. There's been times when I've received cold food, particularly value items like a burrito and basic taco. I'd be nice if the place would value every item equally to always deliver good, hot food. On another note, try the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito as it is delicious when delivered to quality. Provecho!
