My husband went there to pick up food for us for dinner he got one box $7.07 dollar box and ordered mine separate crunchy tacos too crunchy I got one regular taco and one taco had refried beans in it and it fell apart it was mushy was terrible where do you put beans in a tacoso I’m not gonna send my Husband back there too far away what’s wrong with your help you put beans in the taco and this happened just last night you used to be very good that’s why we went there but now it’s going down and down there’s something wrong with your help

Just walked out of there (7:37pm Oct 11) and very disappointed by the way the server charged me 2 drinks instead of 1. My daughter wanted Baja Blast but she accidentally texted me “soda” instead of “freezer” so I paid for soda one. I then realized it was the wrong one so I asked for an exchange and willing to pay for extra but he said “no” ?. He wanted me to pay a whole new drink. Ridiculous! Never comes back!

Came here for food. Ordered at the kiosk and then gave my sister 8 dollars for my 6 and change order while I went to make sure my car was locked. When I came back they guy gave me change. He then got extremely rude like I was trying to steal all this money from him when It was a dollar.. It was a dollar and could have been an honest mistake. He didn't even count the register or want to make it right he implied that my sister stole the money.

Normally don't have issues here. But this time, in my order there were two orders of chips and cheese. The chips tasted RANCID. No joke, they were horrible. The texture wasn't stale, but the taste was off.Tried to call to remedy the situation and either get a refund or new batch on my next visit. No one answers the phone. I tried 3 seperate times every ten minutes.Had to throw away the chips.Obviously not eating something spoiled. The chips tasted like what I would smell in my grandpa's barn when we would open bags of cracked corn for the hens and the dried cracked corn was several years old. When we smelled that smell, he chucked the corn and didn't give it to his chickens. I never want to taste that nasty flavor again.
