Normally don't have issues here. But this time, in my order there were two orders of chips and cheese. The chips tasted RANCID. No joke, they were horrible. The texture wasn't stale, but the taste was off.Tried to call to remedy the situation and either get a refund or new batch on my next visit. No one answers the phone. I tried 3 seperate times every ten minutes.Had to throw away the chips.Obviously not eating something spoiled. The chips tasted like what I would smell in my grandpa's barn when we would open bags of cracked corn for the hens and the dried cracked corn was several years old. When we smelled that smell, he chucked the corn and didn't give it to his chickens. I never want to taste that nasty flavor again.

One of the worst customer service ever. Ordered the food and went to pick it up and they said they do not have my order. They were not even friendly. I even showed my order ID and showed them that I paid for the order. They did not care. Also, an online customer service could not even help. I hate to give one star, but this Taco Bell deserves lower stars.

I want to echo the misleading pictures and the misleading amounts of food. They make it look bigger on commercials but it really is misleading. And not greatly made. It all goes to the same place so the taste is good just not enough of it.

I came to order food and i was at the counter for 5 min and not one person would look up. Seems like the same woman work here and not even the manager takes time to read the reviews. Very rude woman nd bad customer service. If i could i would leave half a star

Used to be my FAVORITE place to have lunch…. Until one day, I ordered a “veggie” Mexican pizza, since I’m vegetarian, the whole pizza tasted like beef. So I went back and told them about it, they gave my a new one, the new one also tasted entirely like non veg, my mom ordered a chalupa, that also tasted completely non veg, even though it was supposed to be veg. I almost took Taco Bell off my list forever, until I had food at another spot, and fell back in love ?
