I have an obsession with their tripas tacos. The crunch with the spicy salsa, the soft warm tortilla and the refreshing radish bite after..i meannnn you just get it all. What more can you ask for. A reliable taco truck that serves great food and is a fast and easy meal! I dream about their tripas tacos! There is usually a line which speaks to how good their food is.

Came here on a Saturday evening around 6pm or so. Pretty short line and easy to find. Got some tacos in the form of asada, al pastor, and suadero. 3/5. The red salsa had a nice kick and was good. We also had a tripa torta, and that was also a 3/5. Never had a torta with straight up pinto beans in it and it just didn't really all work together. The best part of the meal for me was the soda... a can of Squirt lol

The food is great, service gets backed up (roughly 15-20min on a busy day) but the wait is so worth it. You can always call to pick up your order if you’re in a rush.
To me this is a five star restaurant but sometimes the al pastor meat can be a little too salty and their portions are a little small so for that I believe they earn a solid three star.
