Sulrungtang, the traditional beef soup is great here. A great place for dining at anytime. Although prices are bit pricy. Highly recommend any items in this place.

Good food and friendly service. Restaraunt is very clean too! It's probably one of the best korean soup spots Ive been too and Im from Torrance, which has a lot. Prices are a few dollars higher than usual though.

Great spot for Korean casual / comfort food! For a party of 7, we were left feeling satisfied with the amount of food we ordered. Very affordable and amazing service! We got seated instantly as it wasn't busy on a Saturday night. What we ordered: - 2 steamed pork belly set (bossam) - 1 seafood pancake - sides of rice to carb up - 1 terra & 2 jinro is back to drink! The highlight of our meal was actually the sides. The kimchi and radish kimchi were so good that we asked for multiple refills. We also enjoyed the seafood pancake. Would love to come back and try the soup (tang) as the restaurant name speaks for itself!!

Tang means soup. This place make sense once you taste their soup! There are variety of soups but my favorite is the special pork belly soup. This means pork belly is sliced thinner and it is so tender and they have a bunch in it! The soup itself is so tasty, you really don't need to put any more salt but I personally think once you add rice in it, it will need a bit more salt to make it just perfect for me! The Kimchi here is like something you never tasted! They actually sell the kkak ttoo ki (Cubed Radish Kimchi) only and not the Kimchi no more... boo hoo... haha The servers are amazingly friendly and nice! They have good amount of tables and a section for larger parties. All of the other soups and entrees are all amazing! Must visit!!!!!

In my humble opinion, Tang’s soups taste way better than the popular jinsol gukbap near by.I have a feeling the reason Tang is always empty whenever I visit has something to do with the ambience. It’s super quiet with no background music and kind of feels awkward. You can literally hear a pin drop… But their food is on point every single time. I especially recommend their spicy soondae soup and their soondae plate. No porky smell whatsoever and super flavorful. Now only if they can do something about the ambience…. ?

If you're looking for a cozy meal, look no further because this was the epitome of a homey meal. I could tell it was going to be a good place when all the aunties and uncles were rolling in for a casual night's dinner. - Chicken ginger soup (4/5) was steaming hot and had lots of chicken meat on there! I do wish it had a bit more ginger but it was a lot and I had extra for the next day. I could tell it was made well considering how the soup looked gelatinous the next day. - Steamed dumplings (5/5) I was so surprised at how big the dumplings were. Th meat was so moist and it was paired perfectly with a bit of soy sauce and chili pepper. - Cold Noodles (5/5) I thought I didn't enjoy cold noodles until I went here. I know each place will vary but the mustard & vinegar along with the meat really hit the spot. The portion was also pretty massive. - Mini Bossam (5/5) I can't speak to what exceptional bossam is but I really enjoyed eating it here. I love all the sauces that they give too! Overall, couldn't recommend this place more! Plus the service was truly exceptional.
