We went to the one in LB town center last week and that was a bust. They seated us all the way in the back and never came back to take our drink orders so we left. Today, we decided to try the one at Knotts because I had a $25 gift card for my birthday. We got there and it was a ghost town. We waited for a host and once one showed up we were seated. Took a good 10 min before anyone came to get our drink orders. We also ordered our food so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer. 20-25 min had gone by and our food showed up. My Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was burnt! The bell peppers, burnt. Sauce? Burnt! I should’ve taken a photo but the whole dish was just brown, no other color and you could taste how charred the chicken and bell peppers were. I didn’t even pack it up to go, I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. I would’ve asked for a refund for my meal but I didn’t want to have to wait any longer. I was hoping for a better experience after the one we had at town center but I think this is exactly what would’ve happened if we dined at the one in town center that night.

I went for knotts scary farm the prices were way over priced for what you got. I had to send my chicken tenders back they were hard as a rock thought I cracked my tooth when I bit down. And the plumbing omg the smell was unbearable I sent my food plate back half of the other plate and the bill was still 52.00 dollars for one plate half sent back a beer and a salad I cashed out and left the smell of the bathrooms and bar area made me sick

This place was absolutely horrible and it’s a shame that we had a horrible experience here because I loved eating at TGIF. We came here tonight to celebrate an engagement dinner and our waitress was not only rude and un-attentive, but they took forever to get to our table despite us having been sat at our table for a good 15 minutes without any drinks. She let her emotions ruin our experience and we walked out and left. Please do better on hiring certain people because some people aren’t meant to work in the restaurant industry

Their hours are erratic. Whenever we try to come and eat here, they're always closed despite the website saying they're open. They don't even have the hours posted on the door for passersby. It's like they open just whenever they want to. Not recommending them purely on principle.

It has been a long time since my family and I had been to a TGI Friday's and that's because there isn't one where we live at. But I came out here for my Son's Orchestra Performance in Beverly Hills and that was awesome by itself. But back to this review I decided to spend the day at KBF (Knotts Berry Farms)our first time ever being here, and found out when my son and I was shopping, that there was a Friday's right in the KBF. So we went and we were not disappointed not at all. We walked in and was acknowledged by Joyanna who was our hostess / server as well. She is a keeper has a great attitude very friendly and made sure we didn't want for anything and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks, the people that helped out were very nice as well. Our food was great my son and I had the pick three appetizers yum Philly egg rolls and that cheese sauce great, boneless wings yum, and of course moz sticks ? yummy. We also enjoyed some of our meal we were full from the apps and waters and other drinks but we did enjoy our Big Ribs meals. So from start to finish we had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves. Next time I come to Cali I will be looking them up. This brought back great memories for us TGI Friday's fans. Thank you for a great dining experience.

The choice to eat at this establishment was a giant mistake. Took the family on a vacation to Disney and Knott’s and ended up with food poisoning, which took me out of commission for 2 of the 3 days we had planned for Disney. This was very costly considering we had paid a premium for the Pixar dining package and the entry ticket’s themselves. I ordered a burger and asked for medium and noticed after a couple bites it was medium rare/raw in some areas! Our drinks from the bar didn’t even come out until we were done trying to eat the slop they put in front of us. Had I known I would get violently ill, I would have taken pictures of the so called food they brought out to us. Take a hard pass on this place and spare yourself the heartache.

Excellent service April was so kind and amazing to greet us and give us a wait time. Our waitress herself I don’t remember her name but she was sweet and recommended us a good beer to try. Food and the restrooms on the other hand those disappointed me. My chicken burger looked good until I looked closely and it was overcooked and eating it half way well until I bit into a rubbery like texture which was the chicken lost my appetite there and then. Went to the restroom to enter for it to smell like sewage!!! Really needed to go to opened 3 stalls which are not flushed stuffed with paper and the one stall free I opened it and it smelled so extremely disgusting I almost threw up so I washed my hands and left immediately didn’t even use it had to hold it till I got home.
