Went with a party of 12 and the place was empty at lunch. Smelled like a sewage leak in the entire back of the restaurant. It was horrible. Service was good but I heard the staff talking about how they hated kids in the back. 8 out of our party of 12 were children, all very well behaved older kids. The food wasn’t very impressive at all. My daughter got the cesar salad and added salmon to it and it came out about 15 minutes after everyone else already had their food. She could hardly eat it and left hungry because it was so bad. Bad experience for the amount of money we spent there.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, the servers were talking about how they hated kids

Website said they were open until 9 and they were literally closed at 7 with zero reasoning absolutely unacceptable.

Food was ok. Service was slow and we couldn't find our server when we needed something. I was looking forward to a margarita from the blender but this place doesn't have a blender!! Very strange and totally sucks! ? Hope they get 1 soon!!!!

I showed up at the doors with multiple customers around exactly 6:40 PM and took a picture. It says it closes at 9 PM and it’s 6:40 PM and it’s super closed. Everything is locked.

So it started out like a train wreck 10 minutes before anybody saw us and then Julia the manager came Save the Day made us wonderful drink personally took our order apologize and continued to serve us throughout the night while we watch the Lakers game she is a real

Dined here on December 9th around 5pm. What a disaster! This restaurant was so overrun by customers, though not nearly full. This location is extremely minimally/understaffed! Those poor employees, both in the bar and main restaurant were working their behinds off! Whoever is in charge of staffing this location needs a serious reality check! This is such a busy location, being right outside the park. I felt so bad for all of the employees! The food itself was on par for the chain restaurant, but the service was lacking, and honestly I couldn’t be upset. It wasn’t the server’s fault.

My main complaint is being served my salad with my meal instead of being served my salad to eat during the time my meal was being prepped and service could of been much better since it wasn't busy and I was asked in this review to contact you only to get nowhere but a case# for my complaint so I will definitely not be patronizing this location or any other Tgi Fridays ever again
Service was horrible. Completely messed up the entire order. Served half the table food and we had to wait 15 additional minutes for utensils and napkins. We then continued to wait for the second half of the table to get their food. We had to send back one of the orders because the "customization" of the burger was almost completely ignored. I suppose this place does not need to focus on customer service because of the built in customer base from Knotts Berry Farm. Oh well. Will never come back here again. I will leave the servers name out of the review because one person should not accept the blame for the failure of a meal. 12/09/2023 8:00 pm.

Food was bland and overpriced. Service was non exciting. To top it off I forgot my card and they lost it. Called to ask if they had it. They said yes but unfortunately couldn't go get it that day, 4 days later I called verified it was still there and they couldn't find it anymore. Not going back.

Good food. Hubby had the ribs and I had tbe cobb salad which was huge and yummy. Service was good. No issues switching out the blue cheese in my salad.

Keep this in mind, this restaurant is located in the theme park compound. Lots of spacious seating. The service was great. David was tending the bar and he was phenomenal. He pretty was manning the bar and tables like a pro. He was attentive and hustling. The food is your typical bar food. We had the artichoke dip and the 18 piece boneless chicken. We chose garlic Parmesan and buffalo flavor, dipped in ranch dressing. Overall, this was a great experience before hitting the theme park. Definitely will come back after we're done at the theme park and support our buddy David!
