The Cauldron Spirits and Brews

I recently stopped by The Cauldron for drinks and appetizers, and it did not disappoint! The highlight of the evening was definitely the French onion soup—it was rich and flavorful, truly stealing the show. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were delicious. The charcuterie board was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, and the inclusion of black cheese added a fun Halloween touch. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend I enjoyed it all on the patio.

I literally loved everything about this place from the atmosphere, to the exceptional service, to the amazing food I'm generally very picky but will for sure be coming back! Ronnie was out server and the absolute sweetest so attentive and kind.The vibe was great and you can walk from the knotts hotel to it in 10min! If you have to wait they allow you access to the out side bar! Loved and will be back!

I got the shrimp prosciutto, parm garlic fries and cheese board , it was so bomb the service was amazing cool ppl cool vibe did not take long to get a seat however we got lucky I think . Definitely will be coming back the drinks were nice and strong too .

I walked in on a Tuesday around 7:30pm & there was no wait, but I’d check the waitlist if you’re coming in toward the end of the week! Both days I’ve visited, all the staff members were so nice. even the ones behind the bar when I was sat at a table :”) Ronnie in particular was an extremely sweet & attentive server. The seasonal pumpkin menu items are my favorite especially the espresso martini~

This place is so unique. The drinks are made so well. The food is delicious. We've been going for years and it never disappoints. One of our favorite places in Orange County!

Awesome spot! Great spooky vibe! Great drinks! Food portions are a little small, but delicious! Great outdoor area, where you can have drink while you wait for your table. Highly recommend!!!

When I am told they are too busy to give me a recommendation it does not make me want to eat there. Waited 45 minutes just to leave for the poor guest service.

Great place for atmosphere and drinks, everyone should go check this place out. They have some really cool drinks and have an amazing. The inside was decked out and cool. We had a few food items and they were just ok. Not bad but not what we expected. Tuesday is happy hour day.

Terrible service staff will barely acknowledge you. Went on a slow Tuesday night took forever to event be acknowledged by the waiter. Then waited over 10 minutes for one beer. There was also roaches crawling by the front entrance very unsavory. Would not recommend.

Great drinks and amazing service. Food was delicious and super fast, and the bartenders were extremely attentive. Will definitely return on future trips to the area.
