So this particular Meltdown is located at Denny's and I don't eat at Denny's because my kids always get sick after eating there. Felt really disappointed and lied to. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered from there. Food was way too greasy so not happy with it all

There's nothing to mention because it DOES NOT EXIST!!! There is a Denny's at this location, which leads me to believe that the Meltdown is a subsidiary of Dennys and shares the same space using the same ingredients. I was driving around trying to look for Meltdown, meanwhile people were looking at me probably wondering if I were up to some unsavory actions.

There sandwiches are delicious and tasty fries are delicious
They messed up my food and when I asked for it to be remade. The manager was extremely rude and said that she couldn't do anything about it and that if I want my order to be remade I need to pay for it. I explained that my food was not as I asked for and that I wanted it fixed. She said no and that if I have a problem with it I can just not eat it. As a manager that she should not be running a restaurant. I stood up and left. I'm not paying for something that I didn't eat much less for an incorrect order that I didn't touch
Went in to to dine in but we over heard a customer complain that he had been waiting order 30 min for someone take there order so we decided to place a Togo order. That wasn’t any better they got half our order wrong i tryed calling the restaurant to speak to manager that’s almost impossible. They keep transferring me to a recording that say pls try agin later and hangs up. Horrible costumer service and horrible service! Save ur self the time and money and take ur business else’s where.

6 Jan 23 our server "Aurea G" was outstanding; she corrected our meal because we forgot to tell her that we would like egg whites instead of yellow eggs; she made sure we had coffee in our coffee pot and our cups were filled; she came by our table to check in on us to see if we needed something new or different.
~Please give the server a raise~
she was very professional and attentive.
