First time visiting The Source and the menu of this fast food restaurant in the 3rd floor food court immediately caught my eye. I ordered the steak tartare and it was one of the best things I ate during my short visit here. It’s a large bowl of seasoned julienned beef that is eaten over rice and bean sprouts. I was a little hesitant to try this place because of some of the other reviews, but I was craving seolleongtang so I decided to go for it. I was really pleasantly surprised! There was a good amount of brisket and glass noodles in the soup, the rice was fluffy and sticky, and it came with two types of kimchi. While watching Running Man, I came across cockle bibimbap and I really wanted to eat it, so I looked to see if there was one nearby and went there. It is located in the food court on the top floor of Source Mall. The owner (old lady) guided us with a bright face and treated us kindly. The portion size is exactly that of a coastal restaurant in Korea. The taste was more delicious. I will go again. Haha
