11/10 experience. The food was high quality, the service was very friendly and personable, and the portions filled me up and I had leftovers. My jaw dropped when I saw my food. Highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely coming back soon

This is very unfortunate, I’ve been eating here for at least 4 years and just a couple of days ago the food quality went from a 4 to a 0 it’s awful. Apparently there has been a change in ownership. Whatever ownership is doing, it’s doing it badly.

Awesome go-to spot. Serving is more than enough for one person. Even for my blue collar husband. Very friendly gentleman as the cashier and are always very prompt and nice when taking our takeout order over the phone. They have a new menu and set up for the front and it looks great. Always recommend, food is delicious, and place is always clean

Food is healthy and delicious 😋..only complaint is condiments..they charge for extra even if you purchase food..they should change that policy..it's only 25 cents per condiment..but after you spend $40 dollars plus..you should receive complimentary as needed 🙂
Very bad because they racist and barely pay the kitchen and there are barely any tips for the kitchen staff and 70% goes to the cashier and 30% goes to the kitchen staff and I think it’s fair if they 50/50 and they also serve alcohol like what kind of store serves alcohol and earlier today I went in and there was a girl with an alcohol bottle so you can buy alcohol now apparently and they are not nice, the food is good but the service was very bad unfortunately I will not be coming here and also not one and not two but I found three bugs in that restaurant and they leave the backdoor open and that’s very unsanitary.

They do not have 1/3 of the items listed on their menu. And give bad attitude if you order stuff they're out of. Like it's my fault, Urban Grill claimed to offer those items and doesn't have them available. The 2 times went

I had a great experience dining here! The beef teriyaki plate, chicken teriyaki bowl, and spicy squid bowl were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The pork katsu and crunch kimbap were also really good, offering great texture and taste. On top of the tasty food, the environment was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
