To make pumpkin cake, I called two days ago and asked, did as I was told, and brought pumpkin with me, but they refused. The reason was that Watermill Rice Cake Shop was not a mill and only sold rice cakes they made. But why did he say something different from when we talked on the phone, but he gave me a cold look and told me to hurry up and said he was busy. I've been there a few times, but it gives me a chilly feeling every time I see it. It's a watermill rice cake shop that I don't want to go to again.

The rice cakes were not edible and we ended up throwing it all away. Looks like they are trying to save money on their ingredients and adding more liquid to the rice cakes where it kept sticking to the roof of our mouth. Also, worst customer service with a bad attitude, especially the male owner. In addition, higher price than other local rice cake places.
Worst customer service experience ever. They messed up our catering order and ruined our event. No apologies, the male owner looks like he needs to retire already and stay home. He could not even get orders correctly and would blame on the customers. All he was interested in money money money. If you want to make your event successful, choose elsewhere..and walk out of this place.

Worst experience ever.Very rude owner and poor service.They gave us a wrong order and did not even apologize.In fact, they even blame us saying “oh you should’ve checked it before driving off”.They ruined our special event and won’t even refund for the wrong order.Don't do business like this. If you just apologized, they would have somehow understood and moved on, but you made the whole family feel bad by speaking in an unpleasant tone. You ruined a good day.
