Your app sucks. Cashier knows nothing about it and is hesitant to make it right by honoring the offers you've already put in your cart. Her fix was an offer to give us a free key tag Frosty instead of the special girl scout thin mints one. (The scan code had disappeared in the app glitch so she said she couldn't just give it to us) Got home with regular nuggets instead of saucy nuggs, and no sour cream for the chili, although it was listed on the receipt correctly. Ridiculous. Why do we still come here?!!!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to..and I’ve been here twice lol fries cold nuggets soggy burger rubbery and room temp. Employees are not friendly always seem annoyed. Manager actually brought me my app order to the counter, after loudly asking me if I was eating in. Kindly throws my food on the edge of the counter and turns to continue her conversation. Felt like I was interrupting her. I used to prefer Wendy’s over McDonalds…nope! Biggie bag $7-$8 now and the food is not good anymore. Can’t do it ! Back to in and out I go!

Today November 25th I visited this location at 10:58am I had the worst experience today I approached the drive thru and the lady who took my order was super aggressive arrogant and rude. I approached the window and gave me my total three times I asked her to give me a second to get my money ready and she approached me and said are you mad because I’m charging you and I advised her I was going to file a complaint and she was like oh well go ahead and do it. This was the manager super rude.
Love the atmosphere and especially the workers always have a smile and the worker Rosalia great customer service amazing always keeps a smile and is always polite

No denying their breakfast burrito is amazing. But when the cashier told me it was $18 for 2 of them, I thought they were joking. Price gouging at its finest. Will not be returning to Wendy’s despite the marketing tactics playing right now about things being $1.
