Food was served hot. No customer service short staffed stores are the name of the game in California no one works the counter anymore. I stood there in plain view of every employee on site. They looked at me like I was not supposed to be there. It's sad I decided to give up every fast food chain out there. They can all close their doors not a great loss to me. Store was fairly clean. I was the only one inside the store at the time.
Besides the occasional homeless person outside, this Wendy's offers great service. They always get my order correct, too!

One of my biggest pet peeves of mine is when customers waiting at the counter are ignored. How about, “We’ll be right with you” and “Thank you for waiting”. Poor business etiquette! ?

The restaurant was dead. After we ordered, a group of 3 people came in who were clearly on drugs. They ordered and sat too close to us. Very obnoxious people. They should have been 86ed in my opinion.
