Great service up front . Explained I’d never had it before and worker helped me and explained some stuff. Got a Nashville hit sandwich and some wings and both were delicious. Glad I tried it out and will definitely tell people about it and continue going.

I order and pick up from here on a regular basis. Their wings are so good and crispy. The last order that I received for 40 wings had tiny wings, almost the size of Pigeon wings, not chicken wings. Not with my money. See the pics for yourself.
Also, every time I pay for my order via credit card online. When I go to the store they make me sign the receipt with ‘tip’ listed on them. I feel like they are forcing me to leave a tip. I don’t mind leaving a tip don’t want to be put on the spot to do so every single time. Most pick up orders don’t require a tip.
The first time I tried Wing Ferno, the food was pretty bad. I tried giving it a 2nd chance and ordered again tonight. The garlic noodles had an ungodly amount of garlic. I could not even eat them, it was so overpowering. I might as well be eating straight garlic. The wings (half lemon pepper and half garlic parmesan) were also bad. They put so much Lemmon pepper in the wings, it was extremely salty. I could only finish 2 of those wings. The garlic parmesan wings had ZERO flavor, even though the wings were swimming in sauce. I tasted NO parmesan or garlic at all. The veggie sticks were equally as bad. Much of the celery had brown marks on the skin and others had kind of a translucent look to them, as if they had been sitting ALL DAY. The carrots were 'baby carrots' straight out of package. It's obvious they were purchased that way. If I wasn't recovering from surgery, I would have taken the food back for a refund.
This was the last time I will try this place.
