We saw many people lining up and not sure why. Probably because the value of the dish and you get relatively large portion of the food. The Katsu is average, even the famous pizza katsu. They forgot about our udon and didn't realize it until we remind them. It might be a local people thing that we don't get.

Great katsu and pricing, I don't understand why the rating isn't higher. I'm not in the area that often, but now I'm looking for more excuses to be. This reminded me of a great katsu spot in Japan.

This place is one of my favorite spots for pork cutlet. The food is always delicious, and the portions are very generous. You don’t even need a long explanation—it’s simply tasty. If you order the combo menu, you’ll definitely leave with a full stomach. The ingredients are fresh, and the presentation of the dishes is neat and appealing. Highly recommend!

It's been a long time since I ate at the restaurant. It's the best tonkatsu restaurant in the OC area. The price is reasonable, the combo meal composition is very good, and the quality of the food is also very satisfactory.

The thickness of the pork cutlet and the taste/dish of frying were all done very well.

I also praise the staff's quick and accurate service. All my colleagues who went with me praised the food.

I'm ready to open my wallet at any time

My family had pork katsu and loves it every time they come. I highly do not recommend the beef katsu though. The beef katsu was dry and tough to chew, I would not get this again and regret not getting another dish. The female worker also saw me struggling to chew through my katsu, and just looked at me but never asked if I needed a knife or scissors to help. Workers also never checked on us for anything else.

My family said that this is usually not a problem, but as this was my first time, the many flies flying around our food was kind of frustrating as it kept landing on our dishes so we had one arm eating, one arm swatting most of the time.

Small restaurant serving delicious tonkatsu: plain pork battered and deep fried, also has a cheesy or curry sauce plus rice.
Very refreshing side dish of finely shredded cabbage plus dressing.
For dine in, you get a special grinder bowl for sesame seeds, and add as much sauce as you want.

Korean-style Tonkatsu set meals. Their combos (with udon or some other entree) with the katsu are some of the best deals you can find for a huge lunch. I would come here often with friends for a quick bite. Furthermore, they also have some interesting katsu styles like Pizza katsu.

I was in the area with my mom and haven't been here in a while. It does look like it's closed with the dark windows but it's busy inside.

They have the menu centered around donkkaesu (Korean version of donkatsu). We both got a combo of pork katsu ($14.95) with a small bowl of udon soup ($7) added to the meal. It came with a bowl of rice and a side of shredded cabbage with radish kimchi and pickled jalapeno. There's also a piece of fried shrimp and a fried potato ball.

The wait time was not long and the food came quickly. The lady came by and gave a small bowl of sesame seeds in a bowl so people can grind it to their preferences.

The katsu was crispy and a good size. It was not dried and the breading was not too thick.

The staff is nice, restroom was a bit messy.

Stumbled upon this place by accident. I'm so glad I did! The best chicken katsu I have ever tasted. I ordered the combo with the chicken katsu curry and crunch roll and everything was delicious. I was greatly surprised by the katsu sauce as I've never had this anywhere before. Everything is super fresh and made to order and they use no trans fats or msgs. Very tasty. Will definitely be back

Ordered the cheese kimchi katsu and tempura udon. Udon was flavorful and delicious however, katsu barely had flavor.

A small shop that gets packed on the weekends! Delicious katsu fried to perfection, always hot and fresh.
