I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was disappointing.
The service was rough. There were only two servers running the entire restaurant, and while they did apologize a couple of times, the service was very inattentive. I had to flag them down for basic things like spoons, cups, water, and extra plates. I get that the restaurant is busy and popular, but it still made the meal feel frustrating.
The food didn’t make up for it either. Most of the dishes were bland yet loaded with MSG. The kimchi was especially off — way too sweet, almost like it had more sugar than spice. It lacked the tangy, fermented flavor I expected.
Overall, between the inattentive service and the disappointing food, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Over priced, extremely rude and disrespectful service. Have reviewed on yelp and owner responds to all negative reviews (there’s a lot) with hostile responses. I guess that’s no surprise from someone that has so many 1 star reviews on their extremely rude, aggressive treatment of customers. I was seated with my daughter at a tiny table right next to the bathroom and shared a wall with the open concept kitchen (almost as disgusting as the owners behavior) before we were eventually refused service and asked to leave because we moved tables. And the food is bland with small portions, and ridiculously overpriced. You’re better off getting Korean at any of the countless respectable spots in the area. Owner at some point should see all the bad reviews about her behavior and develop some social skills or get therapy.

We had a wonderful first experience❤️ Cozy restaurant. The waitress was helpful and nice when we asked for recommendations. I ordered CHIC BIBIM NAENGMYUN it was so refreshing & DELICIOUS! My friend ordered YUKGAEJANG and she also LOVED her dish. Definitely going back there soon!

Bad customer service. Ordered a pork cutlet and it was too hard to eat and it was super dark brown (overcooked). I told the lady and she said "it's normal". Never visit again.
Got there kind of late, so they were rushing me and giving me attitude. I understand trying to order something last minute but being courteous to your patrons doesn't cost a thing.
This was a pickup to go not a dine-in service.
