You can be a homeless guy and they will greet you and treat you with respect. I will be coming back just for the excellent costumer service

The 4.1 star was confusing. This is a solid 5/5. This diner had good portions, excellent prices, classic diner food, rustic indoor and outdoor dining, minimal waiting times, and had limited but free parking. Great diner in the heart of Burbank

OMG you will love this place. I was in Burbank and wanted to give a shot and try their burger. I ordered a cheese burger for my self and pastrami to go for my wife. My burger was huge, just with fresh lettuce, fries were crunchy outside and soft inside. I had a bite of my wife’s pastrami and it was fabulous and tasty. This is a must go place, believe me you won’t be wrong.

I've ordered here a handful of times, as well as had food brought to me from here. I always get the same thing - a breakfast burrito with no meat, as I'm vegetarian. One of the times, the eggs were a little uncooked and runny at the bottom of the burrito, so I just discarded it. The salsa is amazing though, so when I was wanting it, I stopped by today. However, when I got home with the burrito, it was only tortilla, egg and potato. No veggies, and it also appeared the Swiss cheese was either missing, or not noticeable. When I called and requested a remake, both of the men I spoke to gas-lit and argued with me. As a former server and restaurant manager, the level of service today was just awful. It seemed to be different people working today than other times I've gone, but usually they are nice and my order is correct - not today. I like to support local businesses and was referred there by word of mouth (I've also introduced others to the place), but after the experience today, I doubt I'll be returning. I always pay cash and tip to help support the small business, but getting treated this way when I simply asked for a re-make was unsavory.

Management changed. Ordered double cheese burger. The lettuce wasn't shredded, the onion was cut too thick, the meat patties were handmade, oversized to the point that the burger tasted boiled Instead of charbroiled. The bottom bun was soggy. I tried to ask politely for a new bun. They offered to toast them. 5 minutes later they bring me over cooked buns. I had only a couple bites. I'm never coming back. What a shame.

This place has changed. Served a double cheeseburger. The bottom bun was soggy. I asked for a new bun. They said it would be a few minutes. They brought me out two overcooked bottom buns. These guys are amateurs. This place will not last.
