Ordered cupcakes through their website. Was easy enough to do. Then I called and CONFIRMED the order and delivery - which I paid extra for. Cupcakes were to arrive at 11am. So time comes and no cupcakes, 1115 comes still no cupcakes 1130 comes still no cupcakes. Everyone is waiting and Im now late for work and still no cupcakes. I tried calling 4 times and no answer and no return of my voicemail. Called after hours line still no answer and no return to my messages. 1140am finally they answer - when I ask where the cupcakes are the woman says - " Oh yeah - do you want to cancel the order" I said NO where are the cupcakes? "Oh yeah they should be there soon I didnt know you had somewhere to be" Well the cupcakes did arrives 1 hour LATE! They cupcakes looked good but was surprised they were squished into a bakery box and not separated in a cupcake box. The whole thing was ruined and left me VERY embarrassed. If you are running LATE a phone call or email notice would have been the least you could do. Totally NOT acceptable service.

Absolutely delicious cake! I highly recommend. Plus, the service is top notch at Aunt Joy’s. The made a cake ready the very next day, answered all my questions on calls (even after I had picked it up and told me the best way to store it), they had it sitting on a front table for me at pickup time window for Covid safety, and they had everything spelled correctly (even my often misspelled last name on my invoice and note!). I’m really impressed by this business and recommend to anyone looking for an amazing custom cake on short notice. I’m enjoying a slice right now as I write this. :)

I bought the chocolate cake two weeks ago. The best chocolate cake ever. And im very picky. Never disappointed with product. Its a bit pricy but worth it. Yesterday we got the cheesecake. I have never had such a delish cheesecake. You could taste that it was from scratch and nade fresh. In love with all her stuff. Ty from our nurses.
