I went into Bagel boss and yeah pink two weeks ago I ordered and everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese, a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese and two coffees to go. I drive about five minutes open up the coffee and besides that it was warm it was horrible. It taste like that coffee was laying there for days. And that wasn’t bad enough when I got home both bagels were wrong and when I called, They said they couldn’t help me. They would have a manager call me, and of course I called her four days and no manager ever called me back very disappointed in this business, I will never go back there again.

Food and vibe are FANTASTIC! Coffee is out of this world; but what really sends it over the edge is the SERVICE! Amy and Bailey treat you like family! They made sure all of our specific requests were met and brightened my morning with their lovely dispositions!

I love Bagel Boss I need more Bagel Boss!!!! I started coming here on the regular getting the egg everything bagel with lox/scallion cream cheese and OOF BOY IS IT TASTY! Today I tried “The Sydney” chicken cutlet and bacon sandwich recommended by Sin (who is amazing) with pickle cream cheese and BOY HOWDY it’s a winner! They even gave us a free mini strawberry cream cheese bagel to try out! I LOVE YOU BAGEL BOSS

Food was alright but didn't seem worth it in the end. The iced coffee was delicious though.
Atmosphere was my main turn-off—an NYC-style bagel shop with countless Christmas decorations around the store but only two plain wooden dreidels on the counter to represent Hanukkah made me feel very weird walking in. Bagels are a Jewish food and even as a non-kosher location of a company that does have kosher locations on the east coast... it gave weird vibes.
The existence of Christmas decorations isn't the part that bothers me. Two dreidels? That's it? Maybe it's just me and other people will think it's a weird thing to fixate on, but I felt very out of place in a way I couldn't shake.
Also, the music is very loud.

Looove these bagels. Some of the best I’ve had in LA. Used to go to Hank’s but got tired of gnawing and using my teeth to rip off chewy bagels so I tried Bagel Boss when it opened and was blown away!
East Coast really does know how to make a bagel. They’re absolutely perfect, no notes. It’s pretty unassuming because it looks like a corporate deli but man oh man do they make a fantastic bagel.
The staff has also been so fun and kind every time I’ve come in, especially Sin! She’s recommended some of my new fav bagel + cream cheese combos.
I can’t recommend Bagel Boss highly enough. I’m literally here 2-3 times a week.

I like this place but I have to find something else for breakfast because it’s too many orders and not enough of employees! 30 min, it shouldn’t be that long to get a bagel. And that’s happening to me 4th time in a row.
