Tried this for the first time today and loved it! I got a bagel sandwich and an iced latte which were both delicious. It’s definitely very popular so plan ahead and be ready to wait in line. It’s worth the wait for a good breakfast!

Bagel boss is THE best bagel in LA hands down. I’m from New York and it’s hard to get a good bagel. They make everything from scratch, and Amy is so kind. We went there once to get bagels before our flight (literally headed to New York), and our car battery went flat as we got back into the car. No joke: Amy hopped in her car and was ready to give us a jump. She didn’t have to do any of it. She could have not cared. But she put on her superhero cape and came to our rescue. We had to get into an uber because we ran out of time. But I’m so moved and grateful. Someone give her a raise! Her customer service is above and beyond.

Decent bagels for LA, but our last three orders all came back with at least one wildly incorrect sandwich. One of our breakfast sandwiches didn’t even have egg on it. We’ve tried ordering both online and in person, both with mix ups. Too sloppy of an operation for as expensive as they are.

I had such a great experience at Bagel Boss Burbank! The shop has an amazing selection of bagels and spreads, but what really stood out to me was the excellent service. Shop attendant Sin took the time to walk me through all the different bagel options and the wide variety of cream cheese spreads. They have flavors I’d never even heard of before! Both Sin and Anna were friendly and welcoming.
The food is fresh, the choices are exciting, and the atmosphere is warm. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Sin was super nice and looooved spoiling my dog with bacon! I was standing outside because I thought dogs weren’t allowed but they came out to get me and said that they are! The staff also gave us extra goodies with our bagels bc I was super excited about a blueberry bagel but they were all sold out 😭 BUT THEN Sin miraculously found one in the back!!!
Best bagel Ive ever had!!! When i want a salted bagel, i want crispy chunky salt and thats exactly what i got! Ian recommended the guava cream cheese and it was perfection!! Amy & Ian were so hospitable and warm and really made guests feel welcome. I will be returning, often!!!

This is hands down the best place in the valley to get bagels. It might even be the best place in SoCal. It is legit the only place that has actual NY style bagels, and the only local place I've found that has whole wheat everything, egg, and egg everything bagels. I didn't know leaving the east coast meant no more egg bagels, so I was very happy when this place opened up here. The cream cheese is really good. The sides are good. The baked goods are good. The tuna salad and lox spread are my go-to bagel toppings. The app is super easy to order ahead through. Everyone who works there who I've encountered has been very nice and accommodating. The only problem I run into occasionally is that they run out of certain types of bagels later in the day, so I try to go in the morning when they're fully stocked.
