I just learned that Baskin Robbins profits from animal cruelty. I thought companies were already cage-free. Baskin Robbins keeps animals in cruel cages for egg ingredients. This is gross and unacceptable

Well, it's Baskin-Robbins, home of the 31 flavors. I have been to this location several times and have ordered many items on the menu. The staff team are great and always provide suggestions and honest feedback on new flavors, from scoops to splits. My favorite are the milk shakes. I like to mix mine up, always trying something new. Depending on the day and the weather, there is a line doe the creamy goodies or walking right up to the counter to place an order. The place is always clean and always has the classic favorite flavors available. My drawback with most BR31 are the prices. I know prices have risen for mostly everything but a scoop of ice cream shouldn't be damn near $4. Still, this spot has fast service and plenty of the flavors I enjoy

A SUNDAE on a SUNDAY!! --What better way to Celebrate my May 28th Anniversary move from Cincinnati to Los Angeles! Double Scoop Sundae...Rocky Road & Pralines and Cream...topped with caramel syrup, hot fudge, colorful sprinkles, nuts, whipped cream and of course a cherry! Thanks again to my wonderful hubby for this delicious treat and to the wonderful customer service of Jennifer and Robert at this Baskin-Robbins! Who knew this delightful location was hidden in Burbank?... Nicest Baskin-Robbins we have ever been too!!!

Worst customer service ever. I ordered milkshake, paid and left a nice tipWhen the girl gave it to me, I saw there was about a 1/2 a cup left in the blender and asked if she would top it off. She was about to when she looked at her manager who said NO and then threw the rest down the sink right in front of me!! They have certainly lost my business!!
