Very disappointed and discouraged from this place. I’m a regular customer of this location and today I went to the location and make a purchase of small ice cones pre-packed in a box. When I tried to get into the car the box fell from my hands and the ice cream cones fell on the floor. I went back and asked if another one can be made with same flavors, since I saw they were preparing more and the owner came out, an Armenian man, and dry and cold replied no they can’t. So I went ahead and purchased another with different flavors.

Maybe the nicest staff in town. As a grown adult who just spilled his ice cream twice on the floor they immediately helped me clean the mess and remedied the situation. I come here often after work cuz treat yourself don’t cheat yourself.

During an ice cream purchase, I encountered a situation where an employee informed me that the ice cream flavor my sister (who is allergic to nuts) was considering was free from any of the allergens she is sensitive to. Despite this assurance, she subsequently experienced an allergic reaction.

Come all the way down from Alhambra & ordered my usual jamoca almond fudge with extra almonds & fudge & was given chocolate syrup instead yuck was too sweet & watery it was disappointing & ruined my sweet tooth .
