This is actually one of the nicest BR I have been to, ever. It is very modern with dine in, carryout, AND drive-through options. It is clean and well lit as well as well stocked. I liked this place because they had a lot of other dessert treats besides just ice cream. Treats like their standard ice cream cakes and bananas, but also different ones like their mango fruit bars and mini personal ice cream cakes. The service was ok. There were four employees, and it seemed that if you don't let someone help you right away, you may have to wait a bit. I think just know what you want when you get there and it should work out fine. Also, I'm not sure about your local BR, but ours does not accept the deals offered through the app on our phones. I suppose they are an independently owned BR? Anyway, I wish we lived closer to THIS BR be aiae it was great. ?Kid-friendliness: Their creature creations are a great option for those kids who want ice cream and things on top, like sprinkles and candy. ?

Heard a rumor that 31 Flavors is going back to making brown and pink its official colors. True? I hope so! Was it Teresa or Patricia at the corporate 31 Flavors meeting that suggested this? If so, the following must happen immediately if not this very second: "Teresa (or Patricia) we now promote you to Supreme Goddess of all that is Baskin Robbins! You shall rule our ice cream empire from now henceforth! Butterscotch sundaes ?, ? all 593.2 Flavors and every ? cookie morsel is at your beck and command! May the World luxuriate in all the deliciousness that your creativity shall bring forth! And fifth! A most excellent job!" ? ? ? ? rule!

On nov 26 at 6 pm I came and Kevin was not here. Little did the workers there know that I heard the conversation they were talking bad about kevin the manager saying he overreacted about some application or something just not professional at all. There were five workers and it was three that were together. Also one of the girls was on her phone the whole time and another was eating? Super unprofessional and not okay. Why have five people on the shift when only two are working, one is eating, one is on the phone and the boy is with these two talking smack about Kevin. If looking at cameras, it was three closest to drive thru being unprofessional in these ways. I would not have hired these type of people for my business. Eating and being on the phone is for breaks and not on the floor where customers can see. Take your job more seriously and watch what you speak about the managers. Kevin, be careful who you hire. These people are disgusting will not be back.

Baskin robbins count your days. No customers inside the workplace and my root beer float is rushed and not even filled to the very top as it was previously two days ago. The service was unpleasant as of the time of me getting my float 6:20

The location is always busy but they are very nice and helpful. They were fast with helping get our order and my neice loved her ice cream. I wish the parking lot was bigger but it's all good!

Been coming here for a long time. Always super fantastic service. Last night, not so much. Apparently it was an inconvenience that I used drive thru. I was the only one there, no line. I asked the employee to give me a few seconds to look at the menu. I also had someone on the phone that wanted ice cream. Employee says excuse me. I state I'm on the phone-sorry. THAT'S when the employees attitude started. I ordered a double scoop, no problems. I ordered another double scoop, asked kindly if I could have it in two separate containers. Then was told you want single scoops then? It'll be charged as two single scoops. I said no I want a double scoop. So I just said it was fine and to cram everything in one container. Once at the window, employee gives me the nastiest stink eye possible, gave her my card, snatches it from my hand "slides" my card and says it's declined and do I have another card or "something" I hand her another card and shoves it back to me with the receipt and my ice cream bag. I was not about to make a scene and be a dime a dozen video on social media. I just left. Come home to eat my ice cream, open the container. It was so sad. The scoops were so tiny. At best 1 scoop. Same for the other order I placed. She did this intentionally. So sad. I will be contacting this store mainly to know when not to go if the employee is there.

Going to the store service is fine, but order delivery at your own risk. Want hot fudge? Better hope the machine is working or they'll just use a pink spoon and give you much less than the normal 3 pumps. Want whipped cream? Not offered on delivered items. Want spoons and napkins? Ha! This is our go-to on the occasions we are craving some ice cream. It's always very clean inside and they have a always seen to have a bigger selection of BR's offerings.Service is efficient, even if you're popping into the seemingly long drive thru line, they'll get you taken care of with a smile and on your way!
