I didn’t try their food, but I was looking for a place to get a coffee wifi and pleasant atmosphere. They had all 3! This is definitely a 5 stars place. I check out a lot caffès this is top tier!!!

Went here on a Monday morning with a group of six people and we were seated right away. Everytime we go to LA, we pass by here during the weekend and its always packed so we decided to give it a try and I am glad we did. I got a hazelnut coffee and I did not expect the presentation, but I was like wow and it was delicious. I ordered the lavender pancakes and they were amazing. They had just the right amount of lavender and the fluffiness of the pancakes were good. My son ordered the chicken nuggets and even though they looked dry, they were good. The service was great. I am definitely coming back to try out more dishes.

I LOVE this place!!! The food is so good, and fresh! I’m recommended to friends and family and they love it too. The only PROBLEM and reason of the 4⭐️ is the attitude of SOME of the staff. I don’t know their names, but 2 girls had kind of an attitude towards me, and responded in rude way or made faces to me and my family/friends. In two different occasions they forgot to bring out salsas or mayo upon multiple requests. I love this place but customer service can improve a LOT. It is very sad really, because I love this place. The male staff were all nice and have good manners and gave a good service, and the only waitress that was nice and patient to me was Lupe.

We came for breakfast. But I was surprised when I saw the menu. A simple omelet shouldn't be $20. I'm not even mentioning the other prices. We won't try it again.
This wasn’t good or bad it was mainly mediocre the food was very bland and boring but still edible they did treat my dog ok. The service was kinda terrible they took 20 minutes to bring us water when it was pretty much empty besides us. It’s a good place for photos but other then that it’s kinda just mid :/ honestly I just wish it had more lunch options that weren’t just sandwiches:|

Great place, always warm and friendly staff, however, I found it amusing, borderline insulating to be told this was an English muffin I ordered with my breakfast, when it was clearly a toasted hamburger bun. The girls quickly resolved the issue and replaced my hamburger bun with another bread. Please, next time be up front if you are out of items while being ordered instead of replacing it with something completely different hoping the customer doesn’t notice. I will definitely be back as a customer , just had to share this little mishap. With the price of breakfast these days, i expect GREAT Service and my food to be EXACTLY what I order.

My friends and I were lucky enough to be able to try out their brand new dinner menu and we are so glad we did. At the time of this review I think it is only the third day since its launch and I HIGHLY encourage everyone to go check it out the food was amazing! Two of us got the Ciopinno (seafood soup) and two of us got the Suprema de Pollo (breaded chicken breast stuffed with cheese and ham), Caramel Apple cheesecake and pumpkin cobbler bar for dessert. When I say I went in feeling not that hungry but CLEANED the plate I’m being so honest. I wish we had taken pictures but we immediately demolished everything. Our waiter (amazing service, great vibes, wish I remembered his name) too such great care of us. He let us know that this new menu is entirely from the mind of their head chef, who even came out personally to ask our opinions on everything (again, amazing). Very excited to come back and try the rest!!

I've been 3 times now. 2 of the 3 times, I had to wait ridiculously long times for both to-go and dining in. They straight up forgot about me while i was dining in the first time, then for my to-go order they didnt even notify me it was ready while I waited outside, so its just sitting there getting cold and im waiting there like an idiot. Thanks guys for the great service. Not coming back
