Always a great choice and the quality is consistent
This place is a rip off. over $2 a wing? boneless or wings. Inflation isn’t that high and restaurants get a huge discount. there’s no chicken shortage in California. Wings are supposed to be a cheap food to have with beer or as an appetizer. Also none of the sauce flavors have descriptions.
my family and i love bb.q
Service was quick and food was delicious! So happy to know they're in Burbank now!
I got the boneless combo with spicy kalbi and I was hesitant at first because I don’t like boneless wings because they typical are all batter however these were perfect! So much meat and the right amount of crunch. Everything was packaged delicately for the fry-to-sauce ratio. The man who was working was very helpful and nice. I ordered a side of rice since I don’t like French fries, although I found myself eating all these fries hahaha. The pickled radish was a major swoon!!! So fresh, crunchy, and delicious. I was drinking the pickle radish juice it was so good!

I’ve been to BB.Q Chicken in Burbank twice now, and both times have been incredibly disappointing. I didn’t even get to the point of ordering because the service was just that bad. It’s crazy to wait 20–30 minutes (or longer) just to order chicken! And I’m not the only one with this experience—friends of mine have gone through the same thing. For those who do stick around, the chicken isn’t worth the wait, especially given the high prices. If service and value are important to you, I’d recommend finding another spot.

I recently used my birthday rewards to get some chicken and a free side of kimchi fried rice. I never tried the kimchi friend rice at BBQ Chicken and it’s such a large portion. My boyfriend and I loved it and were thankful to have it. The pick up service was quickly and friendly. We were in and out. The parking at the Burbank location isn’t that great, we had to drive around to find street parking but other than that it was a good experience.

Always yummy. It may seem pricey but an 8 piece boneless is easily 2-4 meals. Great portion sizes and always made to order. Bulgogi rice bowl was tasty but meat was a little dry this time but will still devour it for the next few days obvi

Yesterday around 5:30pm I ordered almost $300 worth of chicken for a show. I called prior out of courtesy to make sure it was ok and they immediately answered the phone and said yes. When I went to pick up the order around 6pm, the 5'3" big headed woman there had a terrible bratty attitude. She either didn’t wanna be there or is just a miserable person because her level of customer service was non existent. I politely asked for a bag to put the plates, gloves, napkins and chopsticks and it seemed to go downhill from there— like I was really inconveniencing her. Before leaving, I asked if I could please get a printout of the receipt to submit to my job and she barely pressed a button on the register and said to get it from DoorDash. When I dropped off the chicken, people started asking what was what of all the different red sauces (Mala, Gangjeong..) since it wasn’t labeled. I called to ask how I can find out without tasting them all and she would just pick up the phone and immediately hang up— then not pick up at all after that. There was no one in the store before me or after me besides her and the cook. I can honestly say that I would rather drive to a different location over the hill at rush hour than come to this Burbank location again. I regret tipping in advance and wished it could've gone to just the cook, not to a miserable human. ??
Parking: It's a very busy area and there's never any street parking even for a quick pick up.

Love this place because the chicken is amazing. I just wish the prices were more reasonable. Charging $2.50 per wing (which, as we know, is actually only half a wing anywhere) for a "small" order or $4.50 per piece if you order the "whole chicken" is a lil extreme, no?
I also like the packaging. If this is part of why the prices are so high tho, I'd be more than willing to get my chicken in a paper bag if it cost less.
