Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria - Burbank

Was a patron of the restaurant until today. Send an order to wrong address and called refusing to cancel my order. Then the manager argued with me for 10 minutes about the order. Said he was going to cancel the order never did.

The food was good a little bit too oily for me. The service was ok took time but pretty nice. The place was pretty clean and very empty. Overall I would recommend.

The guy with the glasses is kind of rude after I paid for the pizza before they gave it to me and when I was leaving with the pizza he came and asked me that I pay for the pizza like a he forgot to charge me and showed him my receipt and it just felt weird cuz he ran outside to the car they just give off a very prejudice environment

I tried the Alfredo pasta and the Deluxe pizza. The Alfredo sauce wasn’t as creamy as I expected — it was more like a thin soup and lacked that rich, velvety texture. On the other hand, the Deluxe pizza was fantastic — full of flavor, perfectly baked, and loaded with tasty toppings. Overall, the pizza definitely stood out and made the meal worth it!

I door dashed dinner to my hotel. I was excited to see they had green olives as you don't find those in a lot of places. I ordered a pizza with green olives, pepperoni and mushrooms as well as a side of mozzarella sticks. Can you imagine my disappointment when I received my pizza with bell peppers on it instead of green olives.

I paid extra for something I had to pick off. I'd rate the pizza higher if it was how I ordered it.

The mozzarella sticks were really good. Not sure I'd order from here again, maybe sitting inside you'll get what you order.
