Side portions are very small the coleslaw looked & tasted like it was a week old. Wings looked anemic. Wouldn't recommend

be mindful of cleanliness.. no AC so the cooks are sweaty looking shirt drenched. also guy working on my food was on the phone while doing it.. you bring your phone with you to disgusting places (bathrooms, gyms,etc)... nobody wants to see you touching our food we paid for with the same hands touching your phone.. invest in some gloves at least

was looking forward to trying this place after driving by a couple times. placed an online order for pick up for lunch. when I arrived there was one employee scratching lottery scratchers and on hold with customer service for a bill. When they tried to assist me they said there were no orders. I Showed my email confirmation and there it was the employee just wasn't paying attention to the incoming orders. Couldn't wait for the food to be cooked and prepped because i was on my lunch hour so I asked to just cancel. They advised that i have to do it myself online. When i showed them there was no option for me to cancel they finally put the phone down and cancelled it on their side and confirmed on an email. Really disappointed maybe I'll try the other location hopefully they'll have better service.

Excellent customer service very friendly guy I think he said his name was J or something like that . Food taste great !!! I will say best wings I ever had here in Burbank !!!

If you're thinking of working here, think again. The owner Arthur Kasabyan still hasn't paid me. After I told him about a better job opportunity he wished me the best of luck and told me he would be in touch about paying me. After a few days I reached out since it was feeling like I wasn't going to hear anything back. Once I told him if I would be getting my pay he told me "I technically never worked there since I didn't turn in a W4." but once I reached out to a lawyer, that's when he finally started to try to pay me. Honestly save yourself the headache of working for someone like that, you can see this man's true colors in the screenshots on yelp

It was our first time here at Bird Box and the menu had a wide variety of wing flavors, from classic buffalo to honey BBQ and even a garlic parmesan. I opted for the classic buffalo wings, and they did not disappoint. They were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of heat to give them a nice kick. Now this place is our new fav spot for wings. Give them a shot

Reviews said how good the wings and service were here but that's not the case when I went. There was one guy working which I felt bad for but he clearly was baked out of his mind and was kinda rude. We got our food and the chicken was over cooked. Wings were tough and hard to eat. The ends of the tenders were rock hard. Sauces and seasonings were good but the chicken is nothing special. The loaded fries are a joke. Fries, chicken, and sauce make it loaded? There are plenty of chicken spots out there that are better. This place is just average.

Horrible experience! I found this place on Instagram and thought it was gonna be amazing… WRONG! The workers are extremely rude and charged me for ranch when I ordered 3 meals… whatever who cares but after being treated horribly, they completely forgot one of my orders and had to make it when I came back… the food was trash anyway… if you want good chicken go to FIREBIRDS LA!

Fantastic customer service. Staff is extremely kind and professional and my food came out right on time, and tasted amazing as always. Highly recommend this place for all chicken lovers!

Maybe I’m an idiot for ordering boneless wings, but regardless, they were the worst boneless wings I’ve ever had. Frozen nuggets with bad sauces. Fries were soggy and flavorless.

I am very picky about my wings. These were absolutely amazing. They definitely hit the spot. I loved the Black Mamba sauce and the tribute to Kobe. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Thank you so much for the great food and for understanding the true definition of customer service. Great job! This will definitely be my go to next time I'm in town.
