Food was good, but service is incredibly slow. When I asked if i could take my pizzokie to go because i had already waited almost an hour for my food, the waiter said no.

The food came cold We waited for an hour for our order with 5 children. Their food was cold and so was ours. We understand we are a large party 11 but it was ridiculous for the food to be so bad.

My reservation was made for 7pm, but my party waited 40 minutes to be seated, an hour for our order to be taken, and an extra hour for the check and desserts to not even be labeled correctly for my partner who has celiacs. When we brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, we were met with a measly “sorry” and a passive-aggressive explanation of “we're understaffed; there's nothing I can do about this.” Normally, I like BJ's, but this experience was horrendous.

It was very nice , $125 for a 3 course meal for two along with drinks and an appetizer, the food was out extremely fast for how big the order was, we didn't have to wait at all!

I think I went on an off day for our waiter because he dropped the ball and openly admitted to dropping the ball but got defensive he told us he was going to leave soon maybe he was in a hurry to leave

We celebrated my mom's birthday yesterday at BJ's. We reserved table for 7 person at 7:45. I asked 3 times for table since it was already 7:55. They finally gave us table and very slowly brought our orders. Every time we should ask for plate or utensils since they brought 6 instead of 7. They came to our table so late. Two waitresses served us. First waitress was so slow and didn't tell us she is leaving. We got part of our food. Two person from our group got their food, the other waited for 40 minutes. That's so disappointing since we were group. I hope you will improve your customer service.
Bjs always hits the spot! Car for their seasonal Spooky Pizookie and our service Jennalyn was incredibly sweet and communicative with the food wait times! Loved the dessert!! 10/10
