I think I went on an off day for our waiter because he dropped the ball and openly admitted to dropping the ball but got defensive he told us he was going to leave soon maybe he was in a hurry to leave

We celebrated my mom's birthday yesterday at BJ's. We reserved table for 7 person at 7:45. I asked 3 times for table since it was already 7:55. They finally gave us table and very slowly brought our orders. Every time we should ask for plate or utensils since they brought 6 instead of 7. They came to our table so late. Two waitresses served us. First waitress was so slow and didn't tell us she is leaving. We got part of our food. Two person from our group got their food, the other waited for 40 minutes. That's so disappointing since we were group. I hope you will improve your customer service.

Crowded, understaffed, loud, freezing cold,sticky menus. My food was cold. The server apparently didn't know we were in his station and we waited 20 minutes before I had to go to the hostess to call attention to the fact we didn't have a server check in. Once they did, service was still extremely slow. We watched tables that had come in after us leave before us. Drinks took forever. Never got water. When the server came over after being flagged down as he was having a chat with a co- worker, that we were ready for dessert- he asked, do you want these dirty dishes removed? We had been sitting there with dirty dishes in front of us for a while. The pizookie was good. Burger looked good. I would not return.
