Wow, normal a reliable choice for any occasion. Today's service was incredibly unacceptable. Was given a time for our table and went over. When finally called up we were asked to wait longer because the table was not ready after all. Then when we got seated, we waited another 10 min without any service. At that time a server informed us that she was moving us to another server and thus another table which ended up being on the opposite side of the bar area. We proceeded to wait at our new table for 5 more minutes when we now realized we didn't have enough time to eat there. We got up and left and was never approached by any staff ever again. Had to pay the valet fee for not eating there to boot. Thanks a lot BJ'S Burbank, don't bother responding. You'll never see us there again

Placed on line order Got a cold order the spinach dip was about enough for 2 chips Paid extra for a wedge salad didn't get it Sandwich missing everything but the chicken. No forks dressing for the salad But I have 3 boxes of chips Worst $80 meal don't go

The food came out at numerous different times. They forgot the drinks and food for two of the kids guests. They forgot drinks and appetizers for two of the adult guest and overall the experience was OK but service lacked. 
Nelson was AMAZING. He was energetic, entertaining, checking in on us often but not enough to annoy us. He's simply the best!

Our burger was undercooked and we didn't get a satisfactory apology from the server when we mentioned this. Food wait time was long...and our server didn't seem as friendly and engaged as the others we observed.

We have come here quite a few times in the last month. We never have to wait as long as we have a reservation. We're good. I appreciate the handicap parking upfront as I am a pain Patient and walking hurts. Food is delicious. Where are amazing. We will be coming here again.

Not so great it was my boyfriends birthday . We ordered steak rib eye it was very dry and took a long time . Our server brought the check over to him when it was his birthday and she knew . She only checked up on us 1 time we had to bother other servers to bring us sauces ect
