I've never done any reviews... but this time i felt the need to do it. Me and family did get seated right away. food and appetizers got there in a fair amount of time. But after that it was bad !!! The waiter never came back to see how we were doing. My husband had to go look for the waitress to bring our check. She toook FOREVER because she was at the bar serving . My husband asked her to bring our dessert to go. And toook again FOREVER to come back .we had asked for the chocolate fudge cake with ice cream . When we get home it was all cookies that we got!! I'm definitely not coming back to this location. 1st time here and last time coming to this location

The food was pretty good, i had a filet. However the restaurant was dirty to me (maybe my standards are high). Floors not swept, glasses were dirty. The service was slow also. Wont come back.

We had an awesome experience at Black Angus during a recent impromptu lunch at the Burbank location. Lunch was exceptional, and I particularly want to recognize Miles for his outstanding service as our server and bartender. Looking forward to returning soon!!!!

Service was my biggest disappointment. Sat at a hightop in the bar section. There were 4 people at the bar and 2 others at another table when we arrived. Not busy by industry standards. Nobody offered us a menu. We finally got up ourselves to all for some and we were thanked for asking and not just taking them. Bartender didn't check on us regularly as the other table and the bar patrons received frequent check ins and plenty of conversation. Certain requests took longer than normal to receive or weren't received at all. Bar tenders didn't more time chatting with servers and trying to adjust their checkout at the terminal with a manager than they did making sure we needed anything at our table. They were both very nice and pleasant, but as a former hospitality manager, I would have expected a little more attention to the guests considering the minimal amount of activity in the bar section.

I ordered the special which was the steak, lobster and shrimp. It's a good deal, which is why we came here. But unfortunately many things make it hard to come back. Our waitress never refilled my water multiple times after passing my empty cup; the shrimp I received was all clumped together when it was cooked, leaving parts of it less cooked and still had uncooked batter on it; multiple crying babies and people playing videos on speaker on their phones.. So it's definitely hard to recommend coming here.

we had a fantastic experience at Black Angus Burbank. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and our Server and HOST were extremely gracious and kind. The manager Rony was absolutely amazing. This place is always consistent and always fantastic.

Maybe an off night but food and service very average but my biggest complaint was the men’s restroom….absolutely horrible. Stalls broken or barely functioning; sink counter worn and over all not very appealing…I’ve seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations on road trips. Clearly management not paying attention to details. What else is being ignored?
