I ordered the special which was the steak, lobster and shrimp. It's a good deal, which is why we came here. But unfortunately many things make it hard to come back. Our waitress never refilled my water multiple times after passing my empty cup; the shrimp I received was all clumped together when it was cooked, leaving parts of it less cooked and still had uncooked batter on it; multiple crying babies and people playing videos on speaker on their phones.. So it's definitely hard to recommend coming here.

Had not been to a Black Angus in many many years and were pleasantly surprised. Loved the big booths that kept the noise level down. Steak was very good. Meal was served too soon after we got our salads and the table got crowded with all the plates.

Had a fantastic visit to Black Angus Burbank. The service was awesome from start to finish—staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the experience and will absolutely return.

Restaurant stinks, tea tastes like water, dr pepeper was flat, steak overcooked, another steak had a long human hair wrapped around it, appetizer was overcooked too, and for that kind of food it was waaay too expensive.. wouldn't recommend to anyone much less go back..

We made reservations for 4pm on Saturday and when we got there they told us that they did not have enough servers so we had to wait longer. We waited 30 minutes to get seated in spite of having reservations. Not good. Then, the table we got was too small. We should have been placed in a bigger table. Food was good, but experience was average at best.

service was terrible. Server came with in a reasonable time after being seated. But our appetizer took 20 minutes to come out. Then salad took another 15 plus minutes. Steaks another 15 minutes. Every part of the meal took too long. The salads are pre made plates icy cold.....why it took so long to bring them out.....who knows. I guess if you dont mind dinner taking over a hour you might be fine with the service here. Maybe I was tired from a long day but didnt think dinner would take almost 1.5hr at Black Angus. On the plus side the surf and turf quesadilla was actually pretty good.

Was a little busy for the time that we went. Overall our server was great, she disappeared on us a few times but still wonderful and checked on us as needed. Kitchen was a little slow and we got one of the appetizers served with our entrees but it was resolved and taken care of.
