I ordered the special which was the steak, lobster and shrimp. It's a good deal, which is why we came here. But unfortunately many things make it hard to come back. Our waitress never refilled my water multiple times after passing my empty cup; the shrimp I received was all clumped together when it was cooked, leaving parts of it less cooked and still had uncooked batter on it; multiple crying babies and people playing videos on speaker on their phones.. Had not been to a Black Angus in many many years and were pleasantly surprised. Loved the big booths that kept the noise level down. Steak was very good. Meal was served too soon after we got our salads and the table got crowded with all the plates.

Had a fantastic visit to Black Angus Burbank. The service was awesome from start to finish—staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the experience and will absolutely return.
