We had an awesome experience at Black Angus during a recent impromptu lunch at the Burbank location. Lunch was exceptional, and I particularly want to recognize Miles for his outstanding service as our server and bartender.
Looking forward to returning soon!!!!

Service was my biggest disappointment. Sat at a hightop in the bar section. There were 4 people at the bar and 2 others at another table when we arrived. Not busy by industry standards. Nobody offered us a menu. We finally got up ourselves to all for some and we were thanked for asking and not just taking them. Bartender didn't check on us regularly as the other table and the bar patrons received frequent check ins and plenty of conversation. Certain requests took longer...
