Half of my order was missing and when I called store to ask for refund or get missing food delivered, venue employee was extremly rude and never got my refund. Has anyone else gone through this. Please share.... help other people not go through this.

Unfortunately more than once, I’ve had issues with Blaze. One time with a hair baked into the crust of my pizza. Another time when they “ran out” of mushrooms at 3pm but had them right in front of me and said it was only for online orders. Being a vegetarian, my options are already limited for what I want on my pizza, mushrooms are really important. It’s like ordering a chicken burger getting it with no chicken inside. They also had no pesto drizzle and don’t even care that they don’t have things in stock. Why would I pay to be disappointed here again?

Placed an order to go and was given someone else's order. I wasn't able to notice until I got to work. Not enough time to go back before clocking in and even worse I got no receipt. The pizza I asked for had some pretty good toppings so I hope the person who got it enjoyed it.
