My god my god my god this place is so good! Started off with the pork quesadilla and the Mini Mac and cheese! didn't even have the patients to take a picture it was so good the Mac has pork and bacon! I then had the Bison ribs so bomb!!! My wife had the Cuban and ate it all up. I'm trying to see if I have room for desert... desert calories don't count right?

I wasn't impressed with Boston Market in Toluca Lake . I told them it was my first time . Ordered the prime rib . They gave me the dry end piece . Round on the bottom and fatty with that hard gristle . Green beans were rubbery . Cornbread was tasty but cold . Mashed potatoes were good . THIS WAS MY FIRST AND FINAL VISIT TO BOSTON MARKET .

Boston Market is comfort food defined. The food they serve reminds me of Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners wrapped up into one any day of the week. Their golden rotisseried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, plus a side of cream of spinach are delicious. Their cornbread is not too bad either. This last visit I had sliced turkey and it was just right with veggies and mashed potatoes. My only qualm was the cleanliness of the place since most customers on my visit just left their trash at their respective tables.

that was two days ago they sent me a $5 off coupon only good for today. Was well worth it use extra 5 to take home chicken pot pie, love their meatloaf too.

I go here a couple of times a month. Over the phone pickup screwed up my order once. In person has always been fine. The same workers are usually there. Nice people. I love this location. They do get busy and are a little understaffed. But over all it's a good experience and the food is fresh.

Boston Market is a big thing in Philly, where I'm from , so I was quite disappointed at the appearance of the Toluca Lake location. It was dingy and the presentation of the food was not appetizing. They need work.

Great Mical'e the cashier and Charles T were truly exceptional with the customer service. Making a pleasant experience my first time there. I had a dentist appointment earlier and needed soft food. I love vegetables and Boston Market had good soft vegetables dishes to choose.
Wow This place was not only good but very very very clean! I had roasted half chicken dinner with cornbread, mash potatoes and gravy with vegetables, water, chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies. The customer service was amazing, brought my food to me and kept checking on me. I recommend this Boston market over many places in the area. Thanks to the managers of the store for allowing me to take pictures as well. Fresh hot food

When you are on holidays and have not had a decent roast this is the place to be. The staff are friendly and fantastic, the food was one of the best that we have had for awhile and very affordable the chicken just melts in your mouth the ribs were omg the mashed potato was just silky and smooth. Was walking distance from our hotel and would go back there again for sure, don't know how many stores they have but it's the only one that I have seen on my six week holiday but they should open more
