I went with very special friends to kick off the holiday season, and we were not disappointed. The Smoke House was decked out in festive holiday lights, the food was scrumptious, and the restaurant staff were terrific. I would definitely go back again...and again!!!

We come to the Smoke House for our family events. We have never, and this includes a lot of years, had bad service, or any unpleasant experiences in all our visits. If we are a small group we ask for a booth in the bar; for later groups we prefer the California room. The staff accommodates our request if at all possible. We love the Smoke House.

A wonderful place to celebrate the Christmas holidays. The only issue we had is our party of 7 was seated in an oblong booth which would have been great for viewing a cabaret show but not so good to chat with anyone other than the person on the either side of you.

The atmosphere was festive and lively. Our server, Maria, very nice, competent and attentive. The food was subpar, the pork chop and fish and chip entrees were over cooked. The appetizers were fine, but oddly their regular coke was flat and had a minty taste. Always enjoy our visits here, their food usually spot on, just a bit off tonight.

Amazing steakhouse! Decorated perfectly in the spirit of Christmas with so much charm. Prices are so very reasonable for the quality and service! We loved our dinner and highly suggest for a family friendly Christmas night together. We had the prime rib, beef stroganoff, world famous garlic bread, wedge salad , salmon and steak. The desserts come out to chose from and all so delicious.

We had a lovely brunch today. The thoughtful blend of seafood, meats, vegetables, starch's and deserts were fresh and delicious. I love the old school charm. And, the staff and our server Mimi, were warm and present at the right times. We will be back!!

I've been coming to this establishment since 1976 with my family. My now adult children have been coming here too. Today, my husband and I had THE WORST service ever!!!! We were Sat in the bar area in a corner at a small table for two- with Juan the bartender. He would forget to come check in on us numerous times! We asked for our bill and it literally took 40 mins for us to receive and only because we gave home out CC and told him to run the card- without seeing the bill. Horrible experience!! The space for the buffet was far too crowded and not organized. Everyone kept bumping into each other. The food was not labeled well and some of the food was cold. We had to walk through the service area to get to the buffet area. It smelled like old mop and you had to watch out for workers. The booth was fine but having to slide in and out for the buffet was bothersome. Additionally, the spot where I sat was sunken in and broken down. In the photo the photographer took of my group it looks like I'm much lower than the rest of my group. I'm taller than the person next to me but you couldn't tell in the photo and I was uncomfortable. The cost seemed high for what was served. I'm been to the Smokehouse countless times but never to the buffet. I would not return for the buffet- it is not worth it. The regular menu is much better and much more enjoyable. Our server Willie was fantastic.

We went to the Smoke House for our daughter‘s birthday and had the best service from Mimi who was incredible! Her bus boy that assisted her was also really helpful! We never wanted for anything. They were there right when we needed something! The food was incredible! Kudos to all the chefs and people who put on the brunch! I also want to thank you for the fabulous hosts you have upfront, especially Isabella! This was a lovely occasion and I highly recommend The Smoke House for all your celebrations!!! Went on a Saturday night and was really busy, which was great to see in a legacy restaurant. Food was great and very reasonably priced. Service was good atmosphere was great.

We had a reservation but waited for over half an hour in the lobby. The waiter gave us a booth that I had requested but the front desk would not give us and so we really appreciate it that waiter. The food was pretty good. The portion of sautéed spinach could've been bigger. The baked potato was perfect crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the prime rib was fine. I would love to have a beef rib there someday in the barbecue section.
