The space for the buffet was far too crowded and not organized. Everyone kept bumping into each other. The food was not labeled well and some of the food was cold. We had to walk through the service area to get to the buffet area. It smelled like old mop and you had to watch out for workers. The booth was fine but having to slide in and out for the buffet was bothersome. Additionally, the spot where I sat was sunken in and broken down. In the photo the photographer took of my group it looks like I'm much lower than the rest of my group. I'm taller than the person next to me but you couldn't tell in the photo and I was uncomfortable. The cost seemed high for what was served. I'm been to the Smokehouse countless times but never to the buffet. I would not return for the buffet- it is not worth it. The regular menu is much better and much more enjoyable. Our server Willie was fantastic.

We went to the Smoke House for our daughter‘s birthday and had the best service from Mimi who was incredible! Her bus boy that assisted her was also really helpful! We never wanted for anything. They were there right when we needed something! The food was incredible! Kudos to all the chefs and people who put on the brunch! I also want to thank you for the fabulous hosts you have upfront, especially Isabella! This was a lovely occasion and I highly recommend The Smoke House for all your celebrations!!! That's Marti for providing the most memorable experience possible! Shout out also to The Valet !!!

Went on a Saturday night and was really busy, which was great to see in a legacy restaurant. Food was great and very reasonably priced. Service was good atmosphere was great.

6:30 reservation, seated at about 7:10pm. Bad table near the kitchen. Food horrible, forgot my wife's entree.

We had a reservation but waited for over half an hour in the lobby. The waiter gave us a booth that I had requested but the front desk would not give us and so we really appreciate it that waiter. The food was pretty good. The portion of sautéed spinach could've been bigger. The baked potato was perfect crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the prime rib was fine. I would love to have a beef rib there someday in the barbecue section.

We celebrated our friend's birthday. Absolutely loved it! The Cobb salad is legendary and could feed a family of four. The sandwiches were delicious. I love how they provide a tray of desserts for your selection so you can see the visual. Will come back again for sure!
Wow! How the mighty have fallen. It's been a few years since I've eaten here and yikes!! What happened? The lobster was bland, the Medium Fillet Mignon was bloody and rare inside, the Prime Rib was dry and the Shrimp Scampi was just a bowl full of veggies. Also our Calamari was soggy and arrived after our food. Only great thing was the Cheesy Bread which we couldn't get enough of. Don't think we'll be returning to eat here again as it was great when I used to come here with my parents and grandma, but that was 30 years ago and I remember everything having so much more flavor then. And at these prices, I should have just gone to Benihana. Oh well, live and learn. RIP SMOKE HOUSE rip.

The Staff was Kind and Incredible! My Husband who was disabled and required the help of a Walker was treated with respect and compassion. The Food was Well Prepared and it was a nice amount for the Price! The Cocktails are Great! Our Waitress checked on us Constantly and made sure we had everything we needed........IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I give Smoke House 💯

Went wrong the moment we sat down. 5 people ordered drinks only 2 arrived, those 2 ordered a second by the time the orders arrived. When asking the waitress where they were told were very busy! Ordered no cheese garlic bread got cheese garlic bread ordered blue rare ribeye turned up medium! Veggies cold been sitting somewhere. If this had been my first visit here I would never come back

Another excellent meal at the Smokehouse. Flew out from Orlando for a few days and this is always at the top of our list. Will be back in September for more cheese bread and beef stroganoff.
