I like the Smoke House and it was a nice dinner with friends. But the service was lacking. Our meals came quickly, but after they cleared our plates we waited at least 20 minutes, until we flagged down our waiter so we could order dessert. Our waiter completely disappeared, and he seemed annoyed that we wanted to order dessert.

A Burbank institution! Not only is it famous but the food is fantastic. Go with the medium rare Smoke House Cut Prime Rib. The atmosphere is classic and service incredible!

Lovely restaurant... completely happy with our experience except for our waiter. Our meal was fabulous and arrived in a timely manner however, once we were served he never came back to our table to see if we needed anything. We both would have liked our drinks refreshed so I had to flag down another waiter who so graciously took care of us. Our actual waiter didn't come back until we needed our bill.

I went with very special friends to kick off the holiday season, and we were not disappointed. The Smoke House was decked out in festive holiday lights, the food was scrumptious, and the restaurant staff were terrific. I would definitely go back again...and again!!!

We come to the Smoke House for our family events. We have never, and this includes a lot of years, had bad service, or any unpleasant experiences in all our visits. If we are a small group we ask for a booth in the bar; for later groups we prefer the California room. The staff accommodates our request if at all possible. We love the Smoke House.

A wonderful place to celebrate the Christmas holidays. The only issue we had is our party of 7 was seated in an oblong booth which would have been great for viewing a cabaret show but not so good to chat with anyone other than the person on the either side of you.

The atmosphere was festive and lively. Our server, Maria, very nice, competent and attentive. The food was subpar, the pork chop and fish and chip entrees were over cooked. The appetizers were fine, but oddly their regular coke was flat and had a minty taste. Always enjoy our visits here, their food usually spot on, just a bit off tonight.

Amazing steakhouse! Decorated perfectly in the spirit of Christmas with so much charm. Prices are so very reasonable for the quality and service! We loved our dinner and highly suggest for a family friendly Christmas night together. We had the prime rib, beef stroganoff, world famous garlic bread, wedge salad , salmon and steak. The desserts come out to chose from and all so delicious.

We had a lovely brunch today. The thoughtful blend of seafood, meats, vegetables, starch's and deserts were fresh and delicious. I love the old school charm. And, the staff and our server Mimi, were warm and present at the right times. We will be back!!
