Update Feb '25. : looks like they redid their booths, turned out nice. I hate having to use the kiosks to order, I'd rather just order at the counter with a real person , it's kinda stupid to be forced to use the kiosks as I still have to pay in person. Only really make sense during a large rush

Good restaurant and all but I really think there should be a public restroom open because me and my child came here to quickly use the bathroom and it was locked and they had an accident.

The staff were friendly, but the restrooms have big signs saying "no public restrooms," and a worker coming out of the restrooms pulled the door closed in front of me so I couldn't go in as she was coming out. However, when I asked at the counter, they gave me a key. I was disappointed at the reduced menu, especially the drink choices. However, there was a special which gave me a reasonably priced option. I even had the option to have my burger cut in half.
Service was good, Whooper excellent. Parking was bad, no spaces available. I noticed that employees park there too.
Parking: Employees Park there too and there are not many parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair access very convenient.

I always enjoy the food, you can't beat a greasy burger! However, we won't be able to rank service for much longer, as they are moving over to self service kiosks like the other guys.

The best BK in the country when they have a good staff. Ate here a lot during the lockdown and ever since have heard of a few comedians who ate there too. It has a cult following.

On an eat in visit they refused to allow my 4yr old use the restroom. He is special needs and still potty training. He was mortified having to urinate on himself because the manager refused to unlock the restroom for him.
We opted for dt on a future visit. The nuggets were unsafe for consumption due to expiration.
We tried dt again. I asked for fresh nuggets since the previous ones had to be tossed. The nuggets came out hot! 2 nuggets in my 4yr old was vomiting ?. I looked at the nuggets. they were expired again. They had been put back in the fryer to make them hot.
I worked for bk for 5 years. I know what expired food looks like.
We won't be returning. It's not worth seeing you kids cry over being humiliated by management and watching them vomit through the night crying from the pain of food poisoning.
