I come here often since I live in Burbank but seriously though , the fries are terrible. They're always limp and basically room temperature. They need to cook those fries longer. Seriously.

Its disappointing that every time I come to this location, I order and either they forget to put everything i ordered in my order or they dont put the pickles or cheese I paid extra for. And dont bother calling, because they wont answer or the forward your call multiple times.

I went to pick up my order and they gave it to me in a sealed bag so I assumed everything was in there when I got home there was only one sandwich in the bag instead of 2. This is ridiculous. When I called she had the audacity to tell me to drive back to pick up the 2nd sandwich when I was already home!! Your employees should do a better job of paying attention to the tickets that come in! This is why I stick to McDonald’s. Will never order from here again. They should be doing their job correctly.

I just spent 20 minutes in the drive through to order a trio. They were out of one of my items and could not begin to understand that I don’t want to pay double for extra things I didn’t ask for so I had to leave with no food. I understand everyone needs work, but their employees regularly seem to be unable to function or comprehend basic speech. They usually get my order wrong but I have come to accept that this location will never even have subpar customer service but the worst.

Friday at 11:30 pm at the drive through this guys with bad attitude charged me $20.07 for number one. Fries was filled not even 3/4 way and he gave a $5.07 receipt. I never ever paid that much for a burger.
