Very clean with an amazingly friendly staff. I was welcomed as I entered and served quickly. The food was great. I especially liked the Angus burger with the Keto friendly bun. Tasty and easier than the lettuce wrap. I'm definitely adding this to my favorites for lunch or dinner.

This is possibly the worst - most expensive burger place- 2 burgers ala cart- 1 onion ring- 1 small wings 33 dollars. Good luck! Again this is the worst burger. Dry small and terrible- Never Again - go elsewhere- you'll be happy you did

I will always support an establishment that caters to the keto lifestyle. I stumbled across an ad on Instagram that they were having a party to introduce their new keto friendly burger bun. I know we had to stop by and test this bun out. We walked in on a busy Friday night, were given a wrist band and a seat inside. They had a live Dj blasting music on the patio, the servers were walking around dancing and the restaurant was decorated celebrating this new keto bun. The wrist band gave the first 100 people a free keto burger, we were lucky enough to get to try it free as well. We were even able to customize our keto burger. It came with double patties, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato on a keto bun. We opted to add on avocado and mayo to make the perfect keto burger. The bun was delicious. I am not a huge fan of flax seed but the bun wasn't overly flax flavored. It is nice to not always have to order a lettuce wrapped burger just because we follow the keto lifestyle. The burgers were slightly over cooked, but I kind of think that was because they were super busy and probably batch cooking for this event. It was a free burger, and I loved it. We are definitely coming back to give it another try. The rest of the ingredients were great, I mean who can get mad at a fully loaded bacon avocado cheesey burger with a keto friendly bun.

The food was fine, but the staff was... odd. Each time a server came to our table, it felt like they were auditioning for a movie that we weren't making. Everything was over the top and exacerbating. They were also blasting Dubstep and twerking while they were working. It made me and my wife VERY uncomfortable. I'm reluctant to come back based off this experience.

Burgers are good.. I've had the angus burger and the crispy chicken sandwich. The fries are potato chip style and tasty. Service has always been great every time we have come! And they offer military discount! Would definitely recommend!

First time trying this out during a lunch break. The onion rings were good. The burger was alright. For about 16 or so bucks, just those two things. A bit too pricey for the quality, I feel. Got a regular Angus burger. I'd go to another burger place rather than another burgerim.
This place is okay if you're jonesing for a turkey patty and chicken breast at 11:30 am. I'm not so impressed with the guy who took my order today. The employees need a lot of training in human relations. Food is fine if you like burgers. They do have gluten free buns so that's a plus! All in all, just average experience today. Yesterday was a little better so I will give them 3 stars.

Had Burger IM for the first time. It seems to be popping up slowly everywhere, so I figured I gotta try it out and give Chick Fil A a break that week. I got the crispy chicken sandwich. I didn't realized it's Drenched in buffalo sauce. That was my mistake I just thought it was buffalo "style?" Anyway, the customer service was phenomenal because I made the mistake of that order, and they accommodated me another crispy chicken sandwich without the buffalo sauce. I think the sandwich alone was just ok. Their fries however, is different and bomb. I think they're the only place that has the potato's chip fries.

I was very disappointed at BurgerIM. The Fried Chicken sandwich was assembled sloppily. It fell apart because of too much dressing mixed on top of wilted lettuce. It was just ok. That being said, together with efficient service and ok food, I'd probably go 4 stars. Yelpers be aware: The reason for only 2 stars is that the restaurant did not accept the Yelp coupon (pictured) that came up when I checked in. The server told me that this franchise owner doesn't accept the coupon. That's never happened to me before. Thought you'd like to know.

I'm so excited this place opened up!! I've been meaning to try it and finally had the chance! I ordered the Greek lamb burger with their signature BurgerIM fries and was very pleased with the taste, quality and price. The place was spacious and clean; staff was super nice and welcoming. Can't wait to come back and get the party box option!!;)
