Honestly I don't know why this place isn't super busy. The food was on point. Cooked correctly. Seasoned perfectly and tasted great. Burgers. Cheese fries. Chipotle pasta and Mac and cheese. All delicious. The man ringing me up and taking my order down over the phone was aces. Excellent customer service. Only thing I could say is I don't like the packaging. Will be back.

I was visiting the area & ended up deciding on this place to try out. I an so happy that i did. From the second I walked in the door the 2 gentleman working were extremely welcoming & informative & the kind of friendly customer service that seems non existent today. The atmosphere and experience was very enjoyable.The food is fresh and really delicious. I couldn't be happier w my experience! Definitely recommend & when im in the area will certainly be back again!

This burger was absolutely delicious! You can tell it’s high quality ingredients! My husband and I went on Wednesday & it was our first time. Great customer service & the burger we absolutely scrumptious !!!?will come back again when we are in the area!

This place was a nice surprise. After picking up my son at the airport, we were actually planning on going to Bob's big boy in Burbank, but unfortunately, it was very crowded due to the car show on Friday night. So we stumbled across this location and was completely surprised. The gentleman who helped us at the counter, was very enthusiastic about their menu offerings, and they did not disappoint. We both had the fried chicken, my son had the big sandwich, and I had the sliders. Both meals were very delicious, and the service was impeccable. Next time you're in Burbank, do yourself a favor and stop by this a little hidden gem.

If only more places were named after what they served...Having been to Red Maple many times and gotten their other spin off, Hoppin' Chicken, I knew Burger N' Smiles would be a hit too. On first bite, they completed a restaurant hat trick of delicious food.I can safely say, they make a good burger, but in the crowded space of smashed burgers all over the place now, I don't think I would rate this burger that high unfortunately. The one legit thing they do are the crispy edges to where you almost think the patty has been deep fried. The grilled onions, melted cheese, and house sauce are all fresh tasty additions that complete the meal.When I went, they were out of potato buns so I had it on the brioche they use for the chicken sandwiches...so maybe that extra pillowiness of a potato bun might enhance the flavor. A major plus is the size of the smash burger here. It's twice the size of other notable burgers you can get from a shack and around the same price.Sure, you can't get shakes here...but they had a pretty robust selection of gelato. I came here on a cold winter night, but I definitely wanna come back when the weather warms up.I came for the burger, but walked away really impressed with their smiley fries and the house made horchata. The smiley fries are their take on "animal style." It's a mess to eat, but a delicious one. The onions are caramelized so well. Bonus points for using crinkle cut fries.Surprisingly, the star of the meal was the horchata which may be better than some taco shops and Mexican restaurants we've been to in the past. The specks of cinnamon floating throughout the cup is always a sign of a quality horchata.Keeping with the Red Maple tradition, the service was excellent...my order was made correctly and promptly and it's only a matter of time before we come back and have it again.

A really good smash burger at this location. The bun is soft and the burgers are seared at the edges. A very tasty experience. A few tables to sit inside. A good experience here.
It really is so so good! highly recommend.We tried both the smiley fries and the regular - I preferred the regular just because the smiley fries get a little soggy after traveling with them to eat at home. Everything was really good though! Happy for them now that they have their own spot (it's the chicken spot right off of Riverside - and not the Red Maple Cafe anymore)Also, loved the touch of the press on the burgers and they put smiley faces on our takeout boxes too. The ppl working were super nice!

This place should honestly be packed! We were in town hoping to find a good inexpensive dinner and happened to luckily come upon this place! You can order from the burger or the chicken sandwich side AND they also have Gelato! I got a single smashed burger and the combination of flavors and their special sauce was incredible! The burgers had caramelized onions , the special sauce and cheddar cheese and they were delicious! I cannot wait to come back to this place and will definitely be recommending it!

IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS PLACE, EAT HERE. YOU WONT REGRET IT! Smash burgers tasted great and the bread was extremely soft. Their signature smiley fries actually put a smile on my face :) The workers (I came back again to get more fries) that I saw were extremely kind. Horchata was pretty good too. Good food for a good price!! Personally I'd gate keep for myself but everyone needs to try this place out.

Super good burgers and fries for a good price, I totally recommend! This place was right across from our hotel and we were so happy we decided to try it. We were surprised at how good the meat, the bread & the sauce was for the burger. The signature smiley fries taste amazing! The worker that helped us was very nice too. We wish we had this back where we live because we'd probably eat it all the time.
