Excellent flavors, textures and recipes. Had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich on Olive bread with a cup of the vegan Lentil Soup and all of it was excellent. Really liked the yogurt slaw and the brine on the pickles was a slight fusion of salt and sugar. My only complaint is that for the cost, I wish I could get a side salad or chips included with the cost of my sandwich. Great Toluca Lake member though!

Just moved to So Cal. My office is nearby and it’s the best alternative to working mobile. This place is a GEM. My go to moving forward and the food was absolutely delicious. 5

I got a sandwich from Cafe Magazzino one time several months ago when we placed a take-out order at work. I thought my sandwich was solid enough, but we didn't end up ordering from here again. I had the spicy BBQ chicken sandwich with sriracha BBQ sauce, yogurt slaw, and housemade pickles on toasted baguette. The bread was light and crumbly, making the sandwich a bit messy, but there are much worse things for a sandwich to be. I could've used more spice, but I enjoyed this sloppy sandwich and found it pretty satisfying. I'm not sure why we didn't add this place to the rotation--it even has above-average Yelp reviews for a Burbank lunch spot. In any case, I liked the one sandwich, and would consider visiting Cafe Magazzino if I needed a quick bite in this part of town.

Whenever I'm in the neighborhood I stop by for their vegan soups. They're delicious I especially like the zucchini fennel! Friendly service cute little place.

I got a savory crape for lunch. It was decent but nothing special. Although the service was very good.

Very clean place. Friendly, and well groomed employees. Food & drink good. Right order, food was hot and tasted great. Only issue was the picture on the menu board showed these cheese nuggets as big ones and looks yummy. However, when you get them, it is disappointing that they are so small especially for the price they charge.

Hughies is situated at the side of Hughies shop. It's always busy with two floors. The menu is varied with quality, good priced food ie chicken pie, mash and peas. A variety of all day breakfasts, burgers, puddings etc. This is a lovely venue to enjoy a meal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great just right.

This place is our favorite place to eat from and now they are open on Saturday. We are very pleased at the service and the owner is always there making sure everything is just perfect. The best reason to visit is there unique and delicious daily made soups that sell out every time

Loved this place. We came here for breakfast and they offered us lentil soup samples which tasted delicious and I decided to order lentil soup and a bagel with creamchesse, avocado and fried egg. Staff is also great and super friendly. You can get free refills on hibiscus cooler or any other lemonades too. Thank you, will come again.

Another great meal! Such a cute and cozy cafe to get a yummy sandwich and soup. I've tried most of the things on the menu and haven't had anything I didn't like! A bunch of us want in on Saturday for brunch and it was perfection. So glad they are open on the weekends now

Really cute cafe in the media district in Burbank. I've only had their vegan sloppy joe made of lentils but it's super tasty and filling. The bread is really good and I got it with a half house salad that was super fresh and flavorful. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the vibe is really cute and cozy.

Convenient. Cute shop. Close to work. Lately though, the vegan soups are extremely salty almost to the point of being inedible. A couple weeks ago, I noticed the broccoli soup was salty and thought it was a one off. I went back and had the lentil soup, still salty. Tried the green bean, salty. Finally this week tried the tomato basil soup, and it was the saltiest of them all. What happened? Giving 3 stars because their salads and sandwiches are delicious. Just please, dial back the salt in the soups.
