I've going here since the early 90s and it tastes exactly the same as it did 30 years ago.....delicious! At many Mexican food places you always end up picking large pieces of fat or gristle from the carne asada, but never at Casitas! The charbroiled taste of the meat really sets them apart from other taco joints. The burrito ranchero plate can feed two, and the serve yourself salsa bar is always on point. The cashiers are always so damn nice too! I hope they're open...
I've been coming here for years and it is still delicious. Anything you order is great, but my go toss have been asada quesadilla, tostada de ceviche, and Nachos. The Jamaica (hibiscus) is good, too. I know the horchata (rice drink) is also good, but I prefer the Jamaica. The service is great they are very nice & friendly.
Parking: It's in a small plaza with a nail shop, a liquor store, and a donut shop, so it gets pretty full

I was out with my wife, and we decided to stop at this place because it had the "it-looks-beat-up-but-it-might-be-great" look from outside. The name implies charbroiled meat and that is exactly what I got! I ordered 2 Tacos al pastor and 2 jamaicas. The jamaicas were just OK, but that's true almost everywhere, the tacos, on the other hand, were excellent. The smokey flavor was very noticeable, and I did not mind the taco with chives instead of cilantro and onion....
