As appealing as it looks, the employees are not trained at all, and the service reflects it. Would not recommend the disapointment!
I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. Just ate at the Burleson, TX location and had a great experience. I believe Benson was his name, excellent service and professional demeanor…. highly recommend!
