As appealing as it looks, the employees are not trained at all, and the service reflects it. Would not recommend the disapointment!

I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. As a result, our office will not be ordering from this establishment again.
Britney and Stephanie were very helpful and extremely nice and curious. It was my first time here and they did an awesome job explaining to me what everything was. I got a bowl and it was amazing. This is my new spot thanks to them 👏🏼
