There was a guy at 5:48 pm August 8, 4012 w riverside dr. Burbank 91905 chipotle i asked for plain white rice because im alergic to cilantro and the guy in the back who was cutting the chickens, black hat, has mouth piercing long black beard and mustache and black earrings, he was also very angry and disrespectful to the other coworkers. No He refused my rice request and then i asked for plain other rice maybe brown he literally threw the big rice cup to the guy who was very young and was aggressive.
They also gave me very tiny amount of chicken scoop with little aluminum piece in it. I ddint ask for any updates because they were so angry.
As a customer seeing that scenarios not very fun and i couldnt enjoy my Chipotle this day. Sad young generation so angry to doing their job.

We got there and saw the line was long so we decided to make an online order. Although it was going to be ready by 2:50, we waited and watched as the lady proceeded to converse with her colleague when she could've and should've been making orders. All together this experience was not the best, it was quite irritating.

Operationally not impressed. Staff will surround the online order station while ignoring in house customers in line. The food choices were all depleted only offering chicken and pork as options available or wait for the items on the grill. The food area was filthy and an easy napkin and swipe would have cleaned it up before sliding guests food across the filth. The cashier rude and extremely cold , she went by the name of Karen (fitting given her attitude). Gave them a chance but won’t be back again ever.

The line here moves at a snail’s pace. Friday, lunch time and there are 3 employees, only 2 working the line.
Food is good, but save yourself heaps of time and drive to literally any other location. You’ll likely eat sooner

Alright alright - the chipotle was chipotle. No complaints there. Let’s talk about the unfathomable thing they did to my tortilla. I ordered a tortilla on the side which was handed to me absolutely crushed into a ball. The thing looked and felt like a softball wrapped in tinfoil. Listen, I get that we all have bad days but pls don’t take it out on my tortilla lol.

I'm not sure how, but this branch has found a way to consistently make bad Chipotle food. The rice is consistently stale, if you order double chicken you will barely get a single regular serving at other locations. If you order delivery it will be all but inedible. Avoid unless you have no other options (there are many options all around it).

The order I picked up today is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle period. We ordered ahead, it lists everything we want on each entree. Every single one of them is wrong. For example, the tacos don’t even have chicken in them, and they’re supposed to be chicken tacos. They gave us empty tortillas. Most of us can’t even eat our food because it’s so messed up. The employees are careless. They take no pride in their job. The Chipotle at 4012 W Riverside Drive in Burbank is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, and we eat at chipotle a lot. Maybe not anymore. We paid $80 to not be able to even eat dinner. What a waste.
