Not the best place to book a party at all. This location was OVERLY crowded not only with the other birthday reservations but also with the general public. The kids at our event couldn’t even use half of the machines/games because of how packed it was.

Aside from that, you literally have to pay for EVERYTHING! The packages are only really meant for children and only include 1-2 extra pizzas (depending on the package you get) If you have a larger party, you have to order at least six more pizzas and about 20-30 cups for the drinks. Also the maze and trampoline at this location are not included in any packages. Those must also be purchased separately. Staff wasn’t helpful either. We were promised a Host who would tend to our aid, but we constantly had to look for someone who could help us.

Overall, you get what you pay for, so most definitely not coming back and going to look for a better party destination in the future.

Totally understaffed and the staff who are working have zero urgency in keeping the pace and taking care of the customers. The line is a mile long and you’ve got one guy working one register out of three. Poorly managed. Over priced. Ridiculous. A waste of money and time.

In this place there are trampolines and a new obstacle course, in addition to the classic arcades. We went for a birthday. When we removed the prizes, many of those on display were not available.

Great place. Single stage with all the 90s art work. Very nostalgic. Try the cake, unicorn churros and Dippin dots. We skipped pizza and went straight to desserts.

Was pleasantly surprised by this Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza was pretty good and we had a fun time playing the games. And we were excited to find they had Dippin Dots ice cream, which is really hard to find now a days. The food did take a while to come out, but there's lots of stuff to do while you wait. The one thing that was disappointing was the cake. We ordered one of each of the 3 Buddy V's cake slices, just to try them. They came pre-packaged in plastic, were ultra sweet, and the frosting was half melted, which made it pretty gross. They definitely needed to be refrigerated but weren't for some reason.

As a CEC fan I wanna say this I’ve been hearing that locations originality/stage is numbered due to the fact that the 2.0 model exist however I’m just gonna say this the 2.0 model is one of the blandest and I mean worst models to come to any restaurant just what happened what happened to the old Chuck E. Cheese with the classic artwork purple walls tons of charm and stage now it’s just replace with a crappy dance floor that doesn’t even work half the time or barely anyone uses it. I went to a Chuck E. Cheese in Pasadena and yeah, no one uses the dance floor the dance floor not only gets boring very quickly but it’s also incredibly irrelevant. At least the animatronics were relevant because of YouTube videos and a little game called five nights at Freddy’s come on CEC you know better, but you’re doing these awful business decisions that are disappointing OG fans we get it you’re a kid’s restaurant however, not even the kids are happy over the remodels. I’ve been hearing that some kids miss the Animatronics yes that’s right miss them and you’re just destroying them and throwing them like trash like if they meant nothing to a person I’m just gonna say this FNAF saved your guys company it got more people interested in animatronic bands and just for you guys to destroy them is just awful. It was already bad enough when you guys closed locations like El Monte diamond bar and many others and now you guys are just wiping the original locations like if they didn’t exist and unfortunately this location is one of them it had a great studio C alpha and tons of arts and overall this was a great location but I guess we can’t have good things because you guys are gonna replace it with this bland remodel that no one wants. Please do better and come on this isn’t how you treat your fans.

Great place to visit after school if you want to avoid the weekend crowds. The membership rates are totally worth it if you plan on going back. Make sure to check their website for the best deals on food.
