We wait 45 minutes for the whole order never got them . Then asked for the refund they never even say any apologies to us for the inconvenience. Manager was Joshua bad customer service . 100% better the location (sun valley ) bad customer service . Never come back . Kids didn’t ate nothing thanks to you guys . Waste of time

Don't be a fool and get sold on the highest party packages. The perks come with conditions and expirations that are not fully disclosed up front. I paid wayyyy extra for the same perks the other packages get. Not worth the money!!!!

This location looks great now but it seems like they might be a bit understaffed. There are many moving parts within a a Chuck E. Cheese and one of the most important aspects is the front gate. I noticed there was often a queue of people waiting to get in and sometimes it was easy for people to leave without getting their stamps checked.
The game machines are new but there is not as much variety versus other locations. I hope this location can continue to mature after their recent refurbishment.
All the staff are very nice and work hard.

This particular location has good parking and seems bigger than other locations. The service was not great. A few employees were kind and helpful but I did get some rude service. The food is not the best and way too expensive for the quality. I ordered a basket of fries but they were raw and a very small portion. I asked a couple of the workers if this was how the fries were supposed to look like but they just gave me dirty looks and walked away without any helping me.
The remodel is really nice but needs more games for the kids

This chuck-E-cheese location is newly renovated and it looks very nice inside. The games and everything are new. It was clean considering its a kids place. The staff were great and wonderful. Service was great and they communicated well for a kids birthday party. For the price to setup a kids birthday party including food it was decent. At least no stress in getting the tables and decorations. The package included kids play games for up to 2 hours unlimited. The price roughly for everything came to about $300-$500 for everything. Overall, it was great and I love the renovated change and look. Chuch-E even made an appearance to wish the kids Happy birthday.
