Hi, I want to complain about a guy called Marco in burbank costco. This manager gave me and my family super bad experience when shopping. I have an international card and the system can't scan my code so we asked Marco for help. During this time, he let us wait about half an hour at first. And then he began to doubt at I was cheating and showing a picture instead of solving the problems after a few failures, though there was my personal information and expiry date. He can check my card if he don't believe but he didn't, only kept doubting at me. This made me feel really unprofessional and offended. What's more, I asked the menbership service for help later, they gave me a temporary card with card number on it. But Marco still didn't accept with a unfriendly tone, which I can say I was RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED. I am very angry and don't want to shop in Burbank Costco again. I wish Costco can give me a proper explanation, I think you guys won't let racist stay in the company
